Omurice is supposed to be eaten with Demi-glacé sauce. It’s a staple for it. Honestly try to find it if you can. You want the outside of the egg to be fully cooked while the inside of the omelette is scrambled but really creamy. Had it when I visited Japan two years ago. One of the best dish’s I’ve ever had in my life.
