    We have a 21 explorer st and have been looking for a new vehicle and will probably be getting a 25 explorer st. Blue cruise is our number 1 selling point and massaging seats are back in the explorer like our 21. Hard to be the price with all the tech and power.

      The Explorer ST is an absolute animal already, so if they’re adding that feature back and you guys are already Ford fans, it’s a no brainer. I don’t think you guys will be disappointed with the new Explorer, it looks beautiful. I can’t wait to get my hands on one. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!

    Great review Ceall! 20 grand extra for basically an appearance package is ridic. I would go with the Explorer ST for sure. I wanted to get a pre-owned one but they are hard to come by..at least here. How are things going? Summer is here brother and we are feeling it! Thanks God for AC in the house and car and for the cooling seats. Just trying to lay low here and limit the outside time. Hope that you are doing great and that Summer hasn't been too hard on you! The stuff on the outside and the inside is great, but for such a big price tag, I want something under the hood! And yeah I know, pretty much any vehicle you’re looking for nowadays, if you want to get a good deal going out of state is the best idea. Things are going good, it’s been very busy lately with summer starting so trying to balance everything! 😂 Just washed up the jetski and the camper to get them ready for the season! It was a lot of work but I always like to give them a bath before the season starts. Glad you’re staying cool and I hope you’re doing good brother. Have a productive and healthy week my man!! I think you need to check your numbers. Plus, the Explorer doesn’t even come close to the Traverse in cargo capacity. If you are going to compare vehicles you should do a side-by-side comparison for an objective review. I would buy a Ford if the dealers in the Southeastern United States knew how to sell a car and weren’t lazy.

    • @CEALLIFORNIA
      @CEALLIFORNIA  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah lately last few years, the trend has been that finding models that have no options added to their trim is very difficult. Even the work truck spec, Nissan Frontier S King Cab I review had about $3k in options. It’s either you order it with no options or you go on a national hunt to find one, that’s about the only way to find one without any options. Thank you for watching!

    • @CEALLIFORNIA
      @CEALLIFORNIA  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That’s a great point, that would’ve been a great video too! I honed in on the Explorer ST only because the Traverse RS gave me a sporty vibe so the Explorer ST was the first 3 row suv competitor to come to mind for me.
      As for my thoughts, would I go Traverse RS or Acadia Denali? The Acadia Denali I tested was about $64,700 and even though that’s around a $7k price gap or so, I’m still going with the Acadia Denali because when you’re spending $57k, what’s another $7k right? 🤣 It has all the same equipment inside (SuperCruise, etc.), but has a more premium, less mainstream feeling cabin. Feels much more luxurious than the Traverse RS does for the price point. But if you’re looking for a sporty edge to the styling, then the Traverse RS is for you. If you want a very different, mature, luxurious feel, then the Acadia Denali is the choice for you. Thank you for watching!

      Thanks man 😂 I’m going GMC all day, they both have the same engine after all so one isn’t sportier than the other so that makes things easier. When I saw the Berber carpet style floor mats in the Denali I was sold. GMC actually did an incredible job on the interior! Plus if you get Denali Reserve package those 22s make a statement as much as the RS package on the Traverse does.

    • @CEALLIFORNIA
      @CEALLIFORNIA  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I brought up a lot of points about the Traverse RS and how it compares to the Ford Explorer ST, so I’m not quite sure where this is coming from. The Traverse RS is also priced in the same price range AND is in the same class as the Explorer ST regardless of what’s under the hood. For that reason alone, this is more than a fair comparison.

    I wouldn’t take the Ford ST over a Traverse RS even if you bought the Ford _for_ me. You’re surprised a RS trim has gloss black? Do you know what “RS” stands for? It’s the sporty trim that’s also the top trim. The Traverse also looks and feels $5,000 more expensive than an Explorer. I don’t want the Ford V6, nobody is shopping in this segment of vehicle prioritizing on which is the fastest.
    Comparing Explorer and Traverse to a Lamborghini 0-60 time. What is this guy smoking? 😩🙄

    • @CEALLIFORNIA
      @CEALLIFORNIA  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Understood that the RS is the top trim, but for this money and it being a sporty-minded SUV, we should really see some performance upgrades under the hood. I don’t think there’s an excuse not to at this price point. The Traverse quality inside is good, better than the Explorer ST as I mentioned, but I wouldn’t say it warrants a $5,000 price gap. Also, I wouldn’t say nobody shopping in this segment cares about which SUV is the fastest, I think there do have to be some people out there shopping in this segment, that want a quick SUV. Lastly, I think most people will understand I am not directly comparing the 0-60 of a Lamborghini to SUV’s. That metric was merely brought up to illustrate how quick the Explorer ST is compared to the Traverse. As mentioned in the video, I am not calling the Traverse slow, but just trying to show viewers what they can expect as far as performance is concerned out of either SUV, and as TH-camrs, sometimes the easiest metric to convey that to the viewer is 0-60 times. Thank you for watching!

    • @G-Rated
      @G-Rated หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CEALLIFORNIA The only reason to choose a RWD Ford Explorer ST or Dodge Durango over a Traverse is because they’re sportier. Chevy Traverse boasts superior build quality, more upscale design, and better executed technology making it the more premium offering hence the pricing.
      Perhaps you’re not familiar with the Chevrolet brand. “RS” doesn’t signify any performance upgrade it’s merely a *sport appearance package* no different from “S-line” at Audi. High performance Chevrolets are marked with the “SS” moniker. Chevy customers know “RS” doesn’t mean they’ve swapped the base engine out for a V8. Most buyers know the differences are mostly cosmetic and pertains to interior materials and amenities.

    • @CEALLIFORNIA
      @CEALLIFORNIA  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@G-Rated will agree 100% that the build quality is better, as I said in the interior clip. The UX is right on par with Ford’s and the UX is miles better than what’s in the Durango.
      Lastly, I know not everyone knows quite as much as you or I about Chevy or the auto industry as a whole, so I try to make these reviews very digestible for someone who isn’t a car buff like you or I, I just wanted to let them know that they shouldn’t expect a leg up on performance just because they’re buying a sporty looking Traverse. I want to make sure they know what the vehicle is about before heading to the dealer.

    • @G-Rated
      @G-Rated หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@CEALLIFORNIA fair enough, just wanted to make sure you understand what ‘RS’ is and the difference between it and an actual high performance Chevy.
