    There are so many exercise videos for seniors on TH-cam and I have tried many of them. But I have decided to stay with you ladies going forward. You make it easy to start slow ( l’m very out of shape ) and go at a pace that is safe, challenging, and effective but not a strain. Everything is clear and do-able and I like the soft music. Also, I’m 76 and really like someone near my age participating. Thanks “mom”! 😊

      Kitty had us laughing so hard at the beginning when he was relaxing upside down or right- side up.☺️😆😆😆

    I was surprised to find I missed this routine and even more pleasantly surprised to feel really great after completing it. I prefer longer poses, and this one was just perfect. I did modify the tricep stretch by pulling my arm back at the elbow without bending over as you've done after an exercise session. Thank you for this one, April...Anastasia

    Awesome stretching video and as always you are "spot-on" for this much needed routine. It was very nice to see Aiko and Mochi as you were all busy during the video.     Thank you April and Mom, I need those stretches before and after working out. I've been doing it in the morning for my back and the news is that it still hurts (maybe it's the mattress too) but less than before. 😊

    I am 65 years old and up until a year ago I was able to walk good stand-up for a good period Of time and do daily house work and go grocery shopping. A year ago I started having lower back pain and then it moved up to my neck and shoulders. Eventually it moved on down to my knees and my legs and my buttocks. I had to start using a walker so that I could walk straight and stand up for a short period Of time but I still could not stand up long enough to do my dishes or do any kind of cooking. So last July in 2022 I came across your videos and I downloaded them I have been using them and after the first week of doing these exercises and stretches I could start getting around and doing more things without the Walker. I just want to thank you and your mom so very much for putting these on TH-cam for people like me who can come across them and use them because they do work. What I would really like is if I could get a complete DVD set of your exercises and stretches...

    Those were wonderful. I started out with a stiff neck and I feel much better. I need to get disciplined to do that before I sleep at night it would probably help my shoulders and my hip. Thank you for sharing.

    Hello ladies , I've been doing your walking workouts , cool downs , tonight for the first time , 7 Effective Stretching Exercises . Despite my current bout of bronchitis , along with my slow recovery from my fall on April Fools , I believe it is necessary to keep moving at my age ( 73 yrs. ) . When I'm inactive , I become stiff & sore , but exercise seems to truly improve my well being . Each of you contribute encouragement , friendliness & joy .     Hi! I am Dr. Gowri.I always follow and do most of the exercises which you teach and post. I am fine and doing well with these. Only my left shoulder and back is still very painful. But am managing well. My intake of medication has come down. Just can say tq. Tq us a very small word but heart felt tq for teaching such wonderful exercises. Love them a lot. Love ❤.     What would be an exercise to strengthen calf muscles I get cramps there

      Preventing leg cramps involves staying hydrated, maintaining a balanced diet rich in electrolytes, warming up and stretching before exercise, avoiding prolonged periods of immobility, and managing underlying medical conditions. If leg cramps become frequent, severe, or are accompanied by other symptoms, see a healthcare professional for evaluation and guidance. An easy exercise to strengthen your calf muscles is the heel raise: Sit or stand with your feet firmly on the floor, hip width apart. Raise your heels off the floor and hold for a count of 2, repeat 5-10 times. Do this exercise at least twice a week. If you feel soreness, rest until it subsides. Also, after doing this exercise, stretch your calf muscles -- Stand with one foot forward with your knee bent slightly; step your other foot back with your leg straight so your heel is on the floor; toes of both feet point forward. You should feel a stretch in your calf. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and repeat with the other leg. You can place your hands on a wall or sturdy countertop or table for stability.     I had to take a little break from working out my little puppy of 13 years old had leukemia he couldn’t fight his little battle anymore so we had to put him to sleep day before yesterday. It’s very heartbreaking. I am having a hard time. I will get back to working out very soon. Love you ladies.❤️
