    Thank you for a gently refreshing warm-up after being away from my regular movement schedule for a few weeks. It's time to transition to indoor movement during our cold Canadian prairie winters. God bless you, April and Aiko as you continue encouraging us to keep moving!

    Awesome warm-up. I am so glad I found you guys I am 63 and I'm not overweight or anything like, my blood pressure just tries to elevate too high sometimes, especially if I get too stressed out. I got the stress in control now. I just have to get my blood pressure back in control and I know I can do it with you guys and my other exercise coach. Thank you for making these low impact exercises. I knew exercise did not have to be extreme to get your heart rate up.

      Good morning to you too and hope you are feeling better! Not sure if your injuries were related to not doing warmups but you have hit on a very good reason to do warmups before any exercising! Warming up the body gets your heart and muscles moving and ready for activity! 👏This workout is a quick 5min warmup short on time but long on getting your body ready to go!     Beautiful warm-up video. You and your mom make me smile every time I work through one of the exercise videos. This is the first one I did after being sick for several days. I listened to my body and just rested. But once I started feeling stronger, I exercised to this little gem!!

    Just found your amazing videos on here. I am 66 and had a hip replacement three years ago. I go to the gym twice a week and walk on a treadmill but need to do more and every day.
    I was looking for something I could do at home and found your channel.
    Everyone has 10 minutes in their day to do either a seated or standing/walking workout. So no more excuses for me!
    Thank you for easy to follow and such varied workouts. Even in the first walking video I did today I used muscles I haven’t used in quite a while!!

    Great workout. My challenge was the amount of arm work due to my frozen shoulder. Did my best though and did not give up with the armwork. Thanks April and Aiko.

    After my 93 year old mom broke her hip, recovered with intensive PT at nursing home, she’s back home however a year later is moving very very slowly with her walker, has difficulty getting up a stair or down….i must try these gentle exercises with her. Thank you so very much!
