    Exactly what I needed. I am 72 and a former ballet student. Having lost my strength these classes are perfect for awakening the body.

    I did the 7 day challenge over 2 weeks. I also did chair yoga and walking. It was so much fun to workout with you! And BONUS: my pain levels are lower. Thank you so, so much! I'm going to try your 15 min workouts next.

    Thank you very much for the 7-day program. I am in my mid-fifties and have not been very active in the past five years due to an operation. This program has motivated me so much that I completed the entire series in one day. I will continue to follow this program until I can move freely again.     Finished with day 7! It's been hit or miss for me but I'm resolute to stay with it. I'm dealing with health issues and am a busy wife (of 54 years!), a granny Nanny to my 4 grandchildren and 1 great, with another on the way. Your style of exercise is what I've been looking for. And you both inspire me! I find myself laughing out loud at your banter. I even recommended your series to my doctor for her patients who want gentle exercise.     Thank you , friends. I simply added the Gentle Stretching after the 5 minute walking workout .& found them a calm , flexible & comfortable blend . I still need to be cautious to avoid triggering hip & shoulder pain. I appreciate your suggestions & respect your professional expertise . I'm so grateful to you for all you give .

    I did it! I think this is the first time I've fully completed one of your New Year challenges. I started about a month late, and it helps that each workout was only 10 minutes😉, but I still feel good about meeting the challenge.🙂 I was able to do workouts 1 & 2 back-to-back on Wednesday, #3 on Thursday morning before work, the Days 4 & 5 workouts back to back on Friday, and #6 & 7 this evening! I had watched all of the videos in advance and knew that the Days 6 & 7 workouts would both be gentle enough for me to do later in the day. I found both of them helpful at relieving stress, and I think this Day 7 workout would also be great as a cool-down after more vigorous exercise.

    I'd have preferred if I was able to wait until Sunday to do this one: Sunday is my day of rest when I do 3 to 4 stretch routines and often chair Yoga, throughout the day. But, I just HAD to give this one a try now! I really liked this stretch because it had some new moves. Variety is important to me. For sure, this Sunday I'll be doing this one again. This was a nice "gift" after 6 days of hard work! Thank you both!...Anastasia

    Well I didn’t take your advice from yesterday lol. I’m so used to doing something every day, but I am taking it easy on the workout. My body needs to do some more gentle stretching, so will do that for a few days I think! Thanks for this gentle stretch.

    I've been busy lately so I've had to finish this series in jumps and starts, I really love your videos and I was wondering if you had a hip stretch that doesn't aggravate the sciatic nerve. I have a very sensitive sciatica and I can't do much twisting .

    Hi April and Aiko!. I really love this stretching workout to tack on at the end of any of your other workouts. Even if you do have a stretching at the end of your workout I like to do this one as well because it has different exercises in it. Thank you so very much for that!
    I noticed on the gentle twist when you first start moving down the body it is a different motion than I have seen you do in past videos that I have done.
    This one, you had your hand on your thigh where the other ones always had it on your hip. What is the difference if there is one? Or is it just preference?

The hand placement is flexible on the gentle twist -- do what feels most comfortable for you. I find that placing my hand on my hip provides a slightly deeper twist.     It sounds so ridiculous but I am 24 years old and have been pretty sick for about 5 days with little sleep. I'm finally starting to feel a bit more like myself but my muscles are achy, weak, and a bit tingly at times. This light stretching helped a lot, thanks

      Thank you! No, it is not ridiculous at all! Getting over an illness is the same for young and old! Your body needs to recover after fighting its battle to get you well. So now, you can help it by slowly and gently exercising your heart and muscles to get strong again. Stretching is helpful too to get your muscles back to flexibility and moving again! Just take it easy, hydrate with plenty of liquid, and rest often! You can do it! Hope you feel better soon! ❤️

    Hello friends , thank you for being here because you are just what I need . I can honestly say I deeply enjoy exercising . I would not otherwise have considered it but now I "own" it because of your encouragement & instruction .

      Thank you so much for sharing yours video, today was raining here is San Jose, CA invited my 3 friends over for 20 minutes strength work out and gentle stretching they all love it, My Parkinson husband enjoy it too .
