I just finished my 3rd week on keto and it’s been great! I’ve lost 17 lbs!! I cut out sugar 2 weeks before I started but when I started keto I realized I had still been eating so much hidden sugar!! I have so much more energy now, I don’t have to nap anymore, I wake up so alert and I truly feel like this is finally what’s going to help me lose weight! I lost 100lbs years and years ago just from diet (eating carbs and normally just restricted calories) and exercise and kept it off for a while until a year AFTER I had my first child I started gaining like 2 lbs a week and gained it all back. It was my PCOS. My diet and activity hadn’t changed a bit. That was 7 years ago and my second child just turned a year old. I lost almost 30 lbs during my second pregnancy and then gained it back with an additional 10 lbs! So I’ve lost 17 lbs and have a little over 100 to go and I hope this will do it.
I’m eating 20 or less carbs a day 95% from veg and about 5% from some cheese and nuts. I’ve discovered avocados and asparagus which are delicious! I’m cooking 2-4 hours a day which has gotten me more active from my stay at home more sedentary life which I love! Now I’m going to start incorporating exercise which I hope will really boost the weight loss! Fingers crossed!!

This video encouraged me a bit. I have been struggling with all these symptoms: hirsutism, overweight, mood swings, dark skin patches, no periods, infertility, yoyo dieting and I have been struggling to lose weight; I have been doing aerobics and walks 6 days a week and cut out sugar from my diet for the past month and lost only 1kg.i was so depressed about it but I'm gonna keep at it and add more healthy changes to my nutrition. hope I win with time. Thanks, from Nigeria.

I know it's hard and so easy to become discouraged. PCOS is emotionally debilitating. I wish there were better treatments and answers. But DON'T GIVE UP!!! We can do this 💪 😁

I lost 110ubs, but being put on bed rest in last trimester, have birth and after birth complications and a lazy husband (always brought takeout, he didn't cook) I gain most back. 😅But I've lost 20 IBS already (2 months). Congratulations 🎉👏

Wow! 110lbs is amazing. And it is going to take your body some time to bounce back so go super easy on yourself. There's no rush ☺

@@Pcosdietsupport thank you. I know that it easy 🤣I'm more focused on easing into my new role and balancing everyday life. But I'll eventually get back to a healthy weight. ✌️

Not on keto. But have lost over 50lbs eating an anti inflammatory diet. This means no dairy. Low sugar. And if any sugar, naturally occurring sugar and mostly berries. No bread, rice, and only naturally occurring starches. No to most vegetable and seed oils. Only whole fat butter, coconut, olive oil. If anyone wants info, reply here.

Can you give me a basic layout of what you eat in a day? Thanks!

@@wheathusk2499 Hi! Is there a way I can just email you the entire food list?? There’s 2 list. The food to avoid list. And the food to eat list.

@@wheathusk2499 If I was to talk about my meals, first off I do IF. Intermittent Fasting most days. 4-5 days a week. So, I don’t eat breakfast.
However, for a lunch I’ll do a side salad, some chicken, mashed cauliflower, some blue berries, with a side of plaintain chips.
      Dinner:
Brussel sprouts, broccoli, shrimp, black rice.
Snack: cashews/nuts, a handful of cherries.
