I've had PCOS since 2015, last July i finally started doing the 18:6 Intermittent fasting method. 18 hours of fasting and a 6 hour window for eating. This really helps. Thank you. 😊

I used to do intermittent fasting without knowing what is was. At that point I was a lot slimmer. Since I started to eat breakfast regularly as advised by a diet club, I piled weight on. I am going back to 14 hour 10 hour intermittent fasting

I have tried 18:6 and 20:4 twice. In 2021 and this last 6 month. Both times i makes my irregular periods to become even no existence. Both times i wemt from 39-45 days cycles to no cycle in 4 to 5 months. I think my body doesnt like it.

is it okay to do intermittent fasting (16:8) daily - WHILE also taking OVASITOL? i mean, IF will affect insulin, and ovasitol also affects insulin levels, will there be a negative effect? will this cause a dramatic change on insulin levels?

It shouldn't do. But definitely monitor how you feel and if you feel unwell or that your sugars are dropping then halve the dose of Ovasitol in the morning. But I think you should be fine...

I don't like fasting. It makes me want to binge

I found the same thing with longer fasts. You have to do what is right for you...

Intermittent fasting can help make you more sensitive to insulin which would help to boost your fertility. There are lots of other things you can do too like changing the way that you eat and taking supplements. Good luck!
