Tried this today but did a few tweaks so that I could use what I had on hand. I used galunggong instead of sardines, lemon and pepper seasoning instead of fresh lemons, freshly ground pepper flakes instead of fresh chilis and dried italian herbs instead of oregano. It was delicious!
One question though: how do I store leftovers? With or without the remaining oil?
Seperate it... You can always add if u need when reheat. If u need it at all. Depends on what u are doing with leftovers
So you did a different dish😅.
Ang sarap naman nito. Nakakagutom
Hehe... mapa-🍚 ka lalo't magka-🖐🏼 😋
How long does it take to properly marinate the fish? I would add some tomatoes to roast together with the fish.
cool sardines
Thanks!
Sarap!
Did you remove the innards?
I do otherwise it makes the fish bitter.
like spanish style sardines
Nice! 😄
Will the bones be soft? Pwede pong kainin?
Awesome!!
Did you just use your fingers to eat the rice and fish?! We used to eat like that in India, I miss it.
you even made some shatini
I would have mixed olive oil with garlic and chillies.
Surely you can do that ;)
