    Just come for a five minute sit down and this appeared on my notifications! So instead of sitting doing nothing I've just sat and done something productive!! Love it and keep the workouts coming! By the way I dont even think I was considered in 1983 as I'm only 27 but still love this channel and the 80s hehe 🤣😁💕

    OMG. I have been working out with your videos for about 2 1/2 years now and love them. I also drink shots of your cider, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey drink three times a day. (When my friends mention how good I look, I just tell them I do 3 shots a day.) I broke my foot about 10 days ago and can't workout. I was a little depressed about it, but then I thought about all your seated workouts you have available. I can't do any walking/ aerobic work, but I can at least keep my abs and arms in shape. Thanks for always being a bright spot in my day.

    Wow I am so glad I found you.
    I just hurt my abdomen muscle trying to do the wheel. I am 51yrs old with a big stomach.

      I'll bet my stomach is--or was!- bigger than yours~I knew enough to not be so naive as to think i'd have a flat tummy anytime soon, but I am 😀3 sizes smaller than I was 1 year ago. 😀 All I did different was these workouts , all different, every day, & manage my carbs... The sweets & even bread were not allowing good changes, making me extra hungry all day.. BUT I sustain fitness progress if I have any carbs in one"reward" meal each day, (I do stick to the healthier ones) so long as they're BALANCED with the protein & veg's/salad. BALANCED= approx. the same amount, just looking at it all on your plate, no need to measure or anything like that. Dont worry, you'll get there !!!!

    In 1983, I graduated High School located in a small “City” in Vermont. Then late that summer, headed to College around the Boston area! I had some great adventurous times!

    In 1983 I was 15. I just started high school that Fall. The song you played during the video was my best friend's favorite by that band. Sadly she passed away in March-we were BFF For 40 years. This one's for you Gina! Oh and yes. I rocked a perm too!

    I was 19 in 1983 and dancing nightly at the club with my college friends. I met my first serious boyfriend at the club and our first dance was to this song. Great memories!

    1983! Think I was 16 with crimped hair. Was busy with high school and hanging with friends at the beach. Danced to this song at high school dances. 80's was a wild and fun! Thank you for featuring the song in your video.

    This is great for me right now. I had an emergency perforated ulcer which is healing now. I haven’t wanted to do my usual ab exercises, but this is a gentle way in to getting my stomach flat and a firmer midriff again 👍 you are an angel thank you 😘

    Love that this is a chair exercise. I have balance issues so chair exercise works best for me. 🥰

    This was so good😍ty doll I started physical therapy and this was right up my Lane, I'm doing water therapy and have lost 15 lb.! In 1983 I just graduated high school and started a new family and dental school😍 God bless you

      Natalie, I have fibro , chronic pain and fatigue syndrome too and am struggling with weight loss. If I do Fabulous Fifties 'Standing Abs' 10 minute workout each day...Or every other, I find it is fun and easy and I often go on to do another video as well. I hope you'll try it too. I know how hard it is to motivate oneself, but I know you can do it! ((HUGS))

    I love your short exercises because these exercises improve my general fitness level and help me to maintain a healthy stable fitness pattern regularly. Do you make 30 minutes Videos for a whole body fitness? How many days and times routinely should women do abs exercises? During the 80s, I wasn’t born by then so I can’t tell you what I was doing.

    I liked this ab workout. Quick and easy. In 1983 I was 41 years old. I was working in Phoenix, AZ. Our office had a gym and every lunch hour I'd go down and ride a stationary bike. It really helped get the kinks out.

    Ahh, 1983, in college at the University of South Carolina for my sophomore (spring) and junior (fall) year. Worked as a summer camp counselor at Wild Dunes Beach & Racquet Club on the Isle of Palms that summer whilst living in a friend's house on the resort. It was a fantastic time! Ah to be 19 again!

    In 1983 my third child was born. I am glad to see a new chair exercise. I used the previous 5 minute one a few days ago while celebrating my oldest son's 46th birthday. It was one of our activities for that day and he followed along, with 78 year old Dad, 3 year old grandchild, a 9 year old and teenagers. They all said it was a feel good experience.

    Love your workouts! This ab workout is awesome and can be done anywhere. In 1983, I was 21 and so happy that I could legally go to a bar. I was working in an office, purchased my first car, and just started dating my husband.

    wow I love Spandau Ballet songs! But I never knew this can be used for exercises haha!! Surely I will do this as my doctor tells me to exercise for my hypertension!! 😍😍😍

    I just took a few minutes away from my desk work and did this exercise. Perfect length to get some exercises during the work day. Keep these coming. I did the butt, leg & knee strength too😊😄

    in 1983 I was 11 , I remember this song by Spandau ballet well , it brought back memories ❤
