Great Video.. Im a Fan... You kinda Answered my Question.. but... this video came out.. Before.. Canon R5c.. lol lol I wanted to ask if I should Buy the Zhiyun Crane 3s because i plan to Totally Rig my Canon R5c for Film/Cinema Production... I was thinking of the DJI RS3 Pro... but... I need "More Weight Load" Handle... Zhiyun Crane 3s... SEEMS PERFECT...
Hi, I am glad that the video was helpfull. I would NOT suggest that you buy the Crane 3s, It is to heavy and has to many firmware issues. Instead buy a used Zhiyun Crane 3Lab. You will be able to pick one up very cheap. as I said in the video I bough one used (nearly new) for $220 and It can handle any camera. Next week I will review the new Zhiyun Weebil 3S. So keep an eye out for that video. The dji RS3 & RS3 PRO is the nearly perfect gimbal, they work every time and the autolock function is so handy. And for portability, they are the best, because they can be broken down in pieces. But with that said they are expensive and they won't get you any better stabilisation than the Crane 3lab. My personal favourite gimbal at the moment is the DJI RS3. / Peter
YES! Three months ago I picked up an as-new refurbished Weebill S on eBay for $180. Could not be happier! It does absolutely everything I needed to do, and does it well.
Gotta agree, still love my Weebill S 💪 I got the Crane M3 recently as a more compact travel solution paired with the Sony A7C and even though it's a great gimbal, the lenses you can use with it are very limited. It doesn't have enough power to support most lenses, you need to use pancake lenses or pretty compact lenses in general. It's definitely better for smaller cameras, phones and action cams.
Hi, Yes that is correct, and that is why I don't have the Crane M3 any more. It is simply too small. But as you said perfect for Iphone or point and shoot.
@@johnhwang8881 Oh that's pretty cool! Seems like an awesome lens! I recently got the Sigma 28-70 2.8 as a travel lens, it's pretty compact but it does extend when zooming and the M3 struggles with balancing it. I see that the Tamron is a bit shorter and lighter as well, seems like a good candidate 🤔 Damn 💸😅
Totally my experience- tried the smaller gimbals and found them way to underpowered/tricky to use even with my smaller APS-C camera compared to the Weebil S - the small savings in weight is not worth the frustration in use!
Thanks, You can definitely find a good weebill S used for a dope price. I nearly bought one with a pelican case included. It had only been used a couple of times. He would let it go for $190. 😀

Are you still using the Ulanzi Falcom system? Saw your video from a year ago and wonder how it’s holding up. Thx!
Hey!!! What is your advice for a used gimbal for a sony a7 IV with a 24-70 2.8 for real estate? thanks! Found your channel and man... great value content!!
I have the RSC2. And when I zoom my lens it naturally is not balanced. But then it started to vibrate my camera. Making me want to get a newer gimbal. Set up is an R5 and the RF24-70
When you zoom out you put stress on the motors. But you can balance the gimbal at 50mm then you should be able to zoom without re balancing the gimbal.
I had the RS2 and I loved it. I just upgraded to the RS3 Pro combo. I wasn't a fan of the Raven eye. I really want to return it and get the RS3. Will the RS3 work with an a7sIII, smallrig cage, Tamron 28-75 f2.8, 82mm VND filter & Rode Video Mic II. Would you suggest I stick with the RS3 Pro or will the RS3 be fine even with the additional accessories?
The RS3 is my favorite of the two. It has plenty of space to take you camera. and I find it a bit more stable than the RS3 PRO, because of the smaller arms. I am not a fan of putting a mic on a gimbal but you can defiantly do it.
Very good video, thank you, I have a question: Can I use it from a Canon R6mkII (588gr) with the RF100mm (730gr) total 1,318 grams, and also very important, it can film vertically for reels?
Thank you for the video! I have a bmpcc 4k with a Smallrig full-cage and SSD mount. I WAS going to get a Weebill S with counterweights, but now I'm uncertain. Your chart was helpful, but I'm curious what you would get for the P4k. Thoughts? Thank you!!
I really love my Weebill s but unfortunately lately it is taking way to long to turn on. I have to keep the power button pressed for quite a long time. Have you ever encountered this issue please?
I’m a lumix S5 user, whilst I find the autofocus usable I’m interested in the RS3 Pro for the lidar autofocus. I could use vintage lens’s now with autofocus and save some 💰 in the long run
Thanks for the detailed advise Pete. A quick question. Show I buy RS3 (and add some add-ons to make it close to the combo version) or should I buy the RS3 combo directly? Please advise and if the regular RS3 is the way to go, which accessories do I need to make it closer to the RS3 combo version? Thanks in advance.
im interested in your gimbal course but i have a question? Maybe not get an answer but still the answer is always no if you dont ask it. Is your course a dedicated lesson based videos or is it just your youtube videos organized within your course? I have bought several courses that is just the same videos i can access on the persons youtube for free. If you Peter can answer would be great or if someone that has bought the course answer too. Thanks!
Hi Po idol, do you have an old gimbal that can still be used? Because I am one who dreams of becoming a photographer and videographer. Please help me. 🥺
Bought used Webbill s with motor focus for S1 and managed tk balance in cage with a few adjustments and tricks …

You’re the best on gimbals - bought a secondhand RSC2, it takes my Iscomorphot anamorphic no problem. Cheers !
Amazing as always! What is the best firmware you´d recommend for the Weebil-S?
great tips. your video landed just in time.. thanks
Thanks mate.

The new Tamron 20-40 2.8 is great with the Crane M3, and even when zooming with it doesn’t change the balance at all.

What do you think about weebill 3? I have weebill S right now and want to upgrade
Best one for canon m50?
Another great video. I'm currently looking for my first gimbal, thinking of a used Weebill S based on your recommendations. Thanks for the help.

Dji RSC2
Weebill 2 right now is about the same price as the Weebill S, should I get the weebill 2?
Could you suggest me a gimbal that can support fujifilm x-h2 + 18-120mm that will weight around 1.2kg? Thanks in advance
