Man, these are like the ultimate reviews, not just for the figures but for the characters as well. Thank you for all of your videos. I really enjoy them.
Super 7 has joked that they have some really big TMNT figures on their way and I wonder if the Android body is what they are referring to? Mon*Star from Silverhawks is around 10 inch high so it might be a good measure for how large these could get.
great review, you did not leave anything out which I love, I think Krang is an underrated figure cause he is just a blob but thats the best part, there is so much detail on that head/body 😀. I love that you get 2 freaking full rang bodies. what a deal. I do not like the seams on the bodies, wish it was made from one piece. On the joints, you can put plastic pieces from one of those grocery bag to stiffen them up good.
About 45 minutes in, great video. My bother had the bubble walker. It was problematic as you said with that hose. As far as joints, I hate the my Neca bubble walker has one loose knee joint, making posing it somewhat difficult.
Jeez Louise Gary, I think you sold me on this guy! I saw some mixed reviews from people who were provided "free samples" of this version of Krang. Your excitement and honestly really turned me around. By the way, your toy photography is top notch in this video! Can't wait to see what you come out with next!
Thank you! I thought it’d be cool to show a battle with Krang and the guys. I’ve done that before, but I think this one came out really good. If you get him and I hope you like him! Now I’m feeling responsible about the outcome. I haven’t watched any one else’s reviews yet, but I will now of him to see what they said. I usually try to go in cold.
The new vintage reproduction Krang has dark purple veins as well, and I don't really like it because they are more pronounced. I like the original pastel / muted purple.
This Krang figures is great in terms of detailed and quality, and I love the shines on the figure, but the only downside is that he is sometimes hard to stand, and often falls over, also the joints can be very loose sometime. So loose that they wiggle. It also sucks that he’s not secure when it comes to the bubble walker so if he moves around it’s still loose. Still, Super7 isn’t perfect in any way. The open mouth other one is so freaking badass.
I was going to ditch on this figure because of the INEXPLICABLY STUPID seam going right across the front, making it look like utter TRASH, like really, it looks like trash... ...but honestly, the elbow joints to the arms save it. They did something 100% inexcusable, but added something 100% necessary.
I hate my current toy mentality... ...Like, thanks to those child groomers over at Hasbro and the way they cost-cut their figures, hollowing out their limbs... I'm expecting there to be a fan-made "Krang correction plate" for the seamed front just like Hasbro's hollow limbs get "filler upgrades" 3D-printed by eBay sellers lol.
Yeah, I probably went a little too easy on them about that. I tried to show a bunch of times when the figure fell over to show some of the frustration I was having with him. Did you see when I put the reaction figure on the table and he fell over? I had to edit out my cursing hahaha. I think I was mostly pleased with the sculpt of this guy. Unfortunately that’s why it took me so long to get to articulation. I usually try to mention any problems up front at the shot where I first have the toy out of the box, but when I made that the only joint that appeared loose was that one hip. The knees/ankles felt pretty stiff for awhile, but after about an hour or two of posing it they started to give. It’s a bummer. Krang falls out as soon as it crashes too, because the bubble doesn’t click into place or anything. Thanks for watching!

Thanks! I can’t wait to see what you do with that Mousers set you just got!
What a great review! so much effort. 53:07 is so perfect, Krang looks thrilled 😆
Thank you!

That would be awesome. I’ll definitely pick him up when he comes.

I need to try that plastic bag trick.
The joints on Krang really needed to be ratcheted. Otherwise this is an incredible figure! But if you can't display it, it's an autopass.
I loved that little wheezy veiny ballbag. He was my favourite.

I’m kinda’ ticked with ultimates, gi joes. Too. And Star Wars too . I have been broadening my toy companies because of this.
the arms/tentacles are swappable between the two Krangs in the set by the way
Shoot I didn’t even think about that.

I’ll have to take a look at that if I come across him.
I will wait to be on clearance. I'm not buying anything from super 7.

The arms on krang pop out and you can switch them.
i like teenage mutant ninja turtles 2012
Krang!
I'm not gonna lie. I might army build this figure
Haha, a Krangezoid army would be cool.

wow, took u 33 minutes to address the whale in the room with the loose joints and even then, you were so kind and forgivable of that flaw.

This figure sucks especially for 55 dollars. Edit my bad 85 dollars 😬
