- In this video I discuss every item from the NECA Fred Wolf Accessory Set. As usual I really go overboard and discuss way too much, but if you were wondering what some of these items were, now you'll know. I go in depth about Baxter's Shredder helmet and discuss the moments leading up to him donning the metallic head gear. I review the Attack of the Big Macc episode as well as the two baby turtle episodes. I discuss every single TV screen and much much more. Just like this video this summary is getting way too long. Cool review! Appreciate all the time you spend adding in the references. The blowtorch can be seen in episode 5 of season 3: Sky Turtles. Donatello uses it in the final scene.

Thank you! I remember Denver always came on during the middle of the day whenever I’d be home sick. I’d be hoping to watch one of my favorite shows but I swear it was always on at like 2 o clock.
Lol kids today will never understand the frustration of terrible weekday daytime TV.
We were lucky enough to have 2 tvs, but the vcr was tied up to record Mom's soap operas. Never mess with Mom's soaps!
Thanks for mentioning Rescue-Palooza! I made it a point to have the Rocksteady sprites reflect his look from the cartoon more faithfully - hence the lack of helmet.

I listened to the interview you gave a few months ago where you said you thought Shredders Revenge sort of copied some of the stuff you did in rescue palooza. I immediately thought of that when I saw one of the newer ads for their new dlc. You can turn into the villains now. You definitely had that first.

A couple extra thoughts after finishing the video: I absolutely agree with you on what you said at 1:21 (shots that looks like games), and about the darn babies (and monkeys) that ruin episodes!! I haven't rewatched the baby turtles episodes in decades, I just can't do it!
Awesome review! Thanks for all the in-depth info. Appreciate it. I bought this set on eBay also. I couldn’t find it in store. I paid $75, I think. It’s fine by me though. I needed those baby turtles badly! Lol 😂 all the other accessories are cool, especially since I preordered the Sewer layer. They’re going to look great all together. Can’t wait! Going to be an awesome Christmas. I’m excited for the Party Wagon to be delivered at my front door late September!! 😎✌🏼

Great review. I cracked up when you mentioned how babies are annoying Hahaha! That's crazy that no one knows about the blow torch. Maybe it's just included to compete with the Super7 Party Wagon accessories. It also comes with a blow torch.

This guy goes ABOVE and BEYOND making, not only, FREE commercials for the original TMNT Cartoon, but for your company, as well! FU! Thanks for watching! Dude if Neca wants to start sending me some free stuff I wouldn’t argue with them haha. That always seems like a tough line for some viewers. As soon as some people hear that you got a free sample they’ll immediately call you a shill and say all of your positive criticism is because you want to get more free stuff. I’ve never been in contact with anyone at Neca other than to bug them about broken toys or ask if a toy will go up for sale on the Neca store. I don’t know if they’ve ever seen my stuff, but sometimes I think they may have because of some of the toys and accessories they’ve made that I mentioned in my reviews/2021 wishlist. I may just be conceited though haha.
Yet another reason you deserve to be hooked up with review samples: You're modest AND honest! Seriously, if you started receiving freebies, and if anyone called you a shill, I'd be the first one there to defend you. I'm not kidding when I say that everything you do is a major advertisement for any of their (or any company's) products you review. Not only do you praise everything they do right, but also bring attention to anything they do that drops the ball. Never once have you completely bashed any of their products, because you love both the character, the line, and the item. If that would make you a shill in anyone's eyes, well, to quote Brandon Lee from The Crow, "Aren't we all?" ;)
Seriously, you've earned any attention NECA would throw your way and you are 100 times better than other reviewers (that they do hook up!) out there. That's not me praising you, that's the praise you've earned!
In short: You ROCK and you gotta be going broke from all the NECA products you're buying, all the while working a SECOND (and probably THIRD and FORTH) job researching, filming, editing, and uploading these videos/commercials for them! If they aren't aware of you, by now, they really need to be! ;)

Hey Raz, glad to see you still at it. Life's been rocky but my collection's been building, and I bought another armored Last Ronin to fix the string issue. I wonder how you feel about the new Karai, Raphael, and Leonardo(Last Ronin line) that were teased? Hope you've been good outside of everything else though, godspeed
I think all of the last ronin figures look awesome so far. I have everyone of them preordered that you can preorder so far. I also bought those Best Buy exclusive robots. Thanks for watching! My videos take me a long time so that’s the only reason why I’m only pumping out one every 2-3 weeks.
Do you know Ramentoy? the 3rd party guy and his small company? On the Madhatter reviews channel there was a render shown of a sewer lair he's going to be doing and said if its 1000 MOQ, 180$ USD.. and if it hits 2000 MOQ it would go down to 150$ ... so already ordered the Neca Lair, and will definitely pick up 2-3 of the Ramentoy ones here in a month or so when that one goes up for order.
I’ve seen a little bit about it. I think awhile ago ramentoys or somebody had asked me to look at some of their sewer lair customs, but I just never had the time and I kept forgetting to check my messages. Necas really annoyed a lot of people with this one. Like I said in the video I think it’s over priced, but I’ll still pick it up. It would have been nice to have more random accessories and deep cuts from the show. The monster painting changes all the time in the show. It would have been cool to have some variants of that.
bebop and rocksteady need new sculpts to be more cartoon accurate. hope for ultimate versions next year

@@razrentals8897 Yes! Also, the back of his shins hould have metal bars, the shoulder pads on the current figure are shaped wrong. PLUS think of all they could do with swappable heads. We could get one with no facemask, or even one with no helmet at all. I love the toon Shredder and after all these years I feel we ave yet to see a definitive figure of him. But I also don't see a lot of other fans clammoring for one 😞
So is shredder black in the cartoon? It makes sense because of the voice actor.
Yeah I wish shredders helmet had the eye of zornnon too. But we got the diamond , we might get big louie

I have researched those lairs & props, one similar is $350 - $450 so hopefully necas not being greedy. $300’s a lot really $360’sh, tax & shipping. But I’m paralyzed & this is nice & with in or under market value . I don’t want the art board (even though they can be cool, even the 3D ones. One lairs $360 & 2 was $330 each so got 2. 1 to keep & 1 to flip. But I’m No flipor!! I will wind up keeping it 🤦🏻😂🤷🏻

The million dollar question is:
What kinda battle is going on in your mind regarding the sewer lair living room? Cause it's the height of the Vietnam War raging in mind brain. Not only that, but the (value is WAY more there) actually impressive Cat's Lair. Originally I wanted both, then I found out what the prices are, now they've almost canceled each other out, and I'm just to the point where I gotta say to hell with both...and that's really sad. So what are you thinkin' on those two items; like no to both, yes to both, or maybe get one?
*Just got to the part where you mentioned you'll be getting the living room. You think you'll be getting the Cat's Lair too?
I am lucky enough I was able to get both with installments but these big ticket items, my advice would be sell a lot of stuff that will be easier to get back without it doubling in price potential like the two lairs... you can always get back a lot of these regular turtle figures for close to the same price but it would hurt if you had to pay 1600 on the aftermarket for the cats lair or 600 for the Turtle lair.
I completely agree that the value is better with cats lair. There’s a lot of cool accessories, they tried to include different rooms and neat action features. Plus the front looks great and I love the rock wall that closes. The sewer lair is just a cube. Not much to it at all. I would love to get cats lair, but I can’t justify spending all the money for everything. At $795 after shipping and taxes I just can’t right now. The price isn’t too bad if you compare it to all of the other ultimates/MOTUC Playsets. One other factor for me is the size of it. It looks great, but I honestly have no where to put it. I kind of got hit with a sense of “holy crap this is way too big” after I opened up the thundertank haha. Like I said I like it, the turrets are really cool, the command center is neat, but I have to pass on it. I do wonder how well the figures will fit on the middle level under the command center. I feel like it looks a little short. It really looks cool though so I’ll be bummed to let it go.
I’m leaning towards the sewer lair because it’s cheaper despite not having anywhere near as much cool stuff, I may be more of a completionist with necas Fred Wolf toys (I skipped that glowing cheetara and the ljn toy variants), and because when I’m not using it I can take it apart and store it easier.
This accessory set is nice! By the way, is there a Lotus Blossom figure, yet?
Yep Lotus was put out last year in a two pack! I still need to open mine haha.
I’m speculating that the blowtorch or whatever it is, is from “Revenge of the Fly”.
Somebody wrote me and let me know that the torch was in the show. I think maybe they said it was in Sky Turtles, but I need to double check the comments to make sure.

Im still keeping my preorder but this set is really disappointing in a lot of ways. Neca usually goes above and beyond with details but this seems more like a Marvel Legends release. Cutting corners. The Macc with no moveable mouth is so soul crushing... I guess they could always do a version 2 in the future.
Agreed. Macc should have been a fully formed figure with more articulation and more accessories. Marvel Legends have cut back as much as they can with their figures. I only buy Spiderman villains, but they never give them anything anymore.
