They are one of the few choices of folding treadmills but I met on FB and Reddit lots of people that are also received defective devices. The manufacturer and distributor are close for communication, leaving you to your destiny. I am returning mine and will never buy this brand again.
Sorry to hear that you had the same issue with your brand new trendmill. I was lucky to return for free since it was defective but it took very long to convince them, 3 weeks maybe.
I read a lot of people were complaining about the walkingpad products. Usually brand new but not working

Yeah, this is a minute after unboxing! Seller is asking me to repair it on my own! Hope they're going to find a solution.

have the same issue now, but after a year of use. you know how to solve this ?
Sorry for you mate. The only way that they recommend was changing the load sensor inside. Then I returned the item.
