@egolgeli there’s an option to start the walking pad when you step on it (called intelligent mode in r2 options). I’d like it to turn on whenever I step on it after a break of some hours. However, the device goes into sleep after a while which deactivates this ‘step on start’ Intelligebt mode. Is there a way to disable the sleep if I take the r2 apart? So that it’s always in ready mode ?

Sorry to hear that you had the same issue with your brand new trendmill. I was lucky to return for free since it was defective but it took very long to convince them, 3 weeks maybe.
have the same issue now, but after a year of use. you know how to solve this ?
Sorry for you mate. The only way that they recommend was changing the load sensor inside. Then I returned the item.
Got my Xiaomi walking pad R1 pro about a month ago and I am really with it, but the handlebar doesnt fit under my desk, and having it down makes it take up too much space. Is there a way of removing it and not having the threadmill go into safe mode?

Indeed, this can be seen as an example of an over-engineered product. The inclusion of non-essential features (ex: auto mode) is leading to more opportunities for malfunctions and complications.
Hi I have a Walking Pad TRR1F Pro. The problem is that it stops after a few seconds if the body weight of the user is less than 40 kg. Is it possible to adjust or remove the weight sensor, and where can I find it? I will highly appreciate any help!
Due to the unavailability of service manuals from Walkingpad, the only feasible solution to address your problem is by disassembling the walking pad. However, disassembling it without compromising its appearance is extremely challenging. I am currently using my second Walkingpad R2, which was provided as a replacement due to a defective weight/load sensor. Unfortunately, the new unit is also experiencing the same issue. Within a span of 35 days, I have received two units with malfunctioning sensors. As a result, my confidence in this company has been completely eroded. Unlike Xiaomi, Walkingpad seems to only manufacture subpar items.
@@egolgeli Hello! Thanks for the response! I contacted the Kingsmith Support Center and presented the issue and received the following response: "Please try to use M mode and it will not stop because of the weight." We have NEVER used Automatic Mode, only Manual! I have disassembled the treadmill and found three sensors connected to the main board. The incomprehensible thing is that if I disconnect sensor 1, the mill starts as normal, but stops after a few seconds. The same thing happens when I repeat the procedure with sensor 2 and 3. There must be a weight sensor somewhere, but where is it located?
I was just thinking about buying one. I was spooked because I haven’t heard of this brand before but they always come up in searches for foldable treadmills.
They are one of the few choices of folding treadmills but I met on FB and Reddit lots of people that are also received defective devices. The manufacturer and distributor are close for communication, leaving you to your destiny. I am returning mine and will never buy this brand again.
