Hello, where could i find support for the R2 walkingpad? I got the error fault light on the second day, with no error code displayed, just the light is flashing, thank you.
How 12km/h speed can be unlock? Some descriptions states that it goes up to 12km/h and I saw that speed available on some youtube reviews. My unit seems to be locked to 10km/h.
Got mine today, and its locked to 10km/h also. Can't find any info on how to unlock 12km/h although 10 is plenty fast for me. Maybe its only the version for the Chinese market that has the 12km/h.
