Update!! I cooked Tammy's collard greens recipe and followed her recipe exactly and I won!! Everyone loved the collards and wanted the recipe; and of course the sore loser was complaining that it was rigged..I kid you not that's what she said. Tammy thank you for sharing your recipe 😊.
I'm doing my thanksgiving run through this weekend and I just finished these greens, they are outstanding. I have never made collards before or used the Turkey necks, and I followed your instructions word for word.... FABULOUS!
I like her little “mhm” bits 😄 It’s cute 💜 Love me some smoked turkey and greens, also smoked turkey and black eyed peas! Wish I had a gf to practice cooking these recipes for lol.
I really enjoy watching you cook while I’m cooking 😂lol . && you definitely helped us young ones like myself that wanna cook like our good grandmas in the kitchen ♥️♥️
I didn't Grow up on Collard green's but I have eaten them with ham & bacon that I didn't cook they got me Hooked! Gotta make this Soon it Really Looks YUMMY 😋👍
Just made it with your suggestion of sausage!! It’s delicious!!!!! I added liquid smoke and extra vinegar. First time having collard greens I like. Thank you
If i was cooking the greens without the turkey i would add a grating of nutmeg. That makes them almost taste like Callaloo. your dish looked very appetising. Thank you . Rabchef .
Wow...I was thinking of Collard Greens a few days ago...hmm smoked sausage sounds lije a nice twist...and I never think of smoked turkey necks but I really should!
Ahhhhhh man ! Did the Sista just say "pot liquor "? I haven't heard that term since my mother was alive or my grandparents, on that alone she sold me on being a subscriber 😊 Most women wouldn't know what that is 😁
I'm going to try this recipe because my church always like and clockwork they have a cook off on who cooks the best collard greens; And there's one woman who thinks her collard greens is the bomb and bragging about it and I can't wait to cook Tammy's collard greens and wipe that smirk off her face lol..
My fried collards is off the chain with simple ingredients. Oil, chopped onions, bellpeppers, salt and ground pepper corns... Tammy cooking is amazing!
THIS THE ONE!!!! My only deviation was the red pepper flakes because I don't care for the heat, but otherwise this will be my go-to recipe moving forward!
I have never made this but I will try bcuz ,I like your style!I am going to try and make your Mac cheese recipe today so wish me all the good vibes!Happy holidays!
