    I used your blueprint to make greens for the first time during thanksgiving and it was quite the hit. There's plenty of videos giving the same directions, yet you explain everything thoroughly in 3-5 minutes. Thank you!

    Love your ingredients. Healthy and wise. I can imagine the taste and the flavor of each. I agree with leaving some, if not all, of the stem. Lots of nutrients and fiber in the stem. An important dietary requirement.

    I use pork hocks instead of turkey but I am doing the cooking wrong especially the washing of the leaves. I followed the procedure I watched from a demo I saw in YOU TUBE, so this time, I am going to follow yours, I find it worth watching and hopefully, mine will turn out clean and yummy, thank you...👏👏👏😍😍😍🇺🇸🇵🇭

      it's pre smoked and already prepped for cooking from the grocer's , only thing remains it to add it to your pot

    i Have trouble when I cook greens.. sometimes they cook in 35- 45 min and are mushy other times they take almost two hours.. why is this
