Got basically everything BPD could throw at my 06' put on last July. Not cheap, but a helluva lot cheaper than a brand new SuperDuty and will probably get more miles out of it. Between not having emissions crap to deal with and ALL these BPD parts, my truck is basically bomb proof. I have had absolutely zero issues since taking delivery of it. Change the oil, change both fuel filters, and keep good batteries and these BPD 6.0s will go until you wanna quit. Awesome Sauce!!!
Derek Crismond I have an 05 with 356,000 I had to repair the egr about 150,000 mi. ago. Before I knew about BPD. It's beginning to act up and I want to BP everything in it plus some. I'm concerned with finding a great shop that will use my money wisely.
Ray Flores You won't find a more "professional" and specialized shop anywhere. Its literally almost all they do. I had the same concerns for letting "Jim Bob's Diesel" throw all these parts on. Their techs could probably do these bulletproofs with their eyes closed.
Derek Crismond Thanks but I'm in Texas. Not sure where Jim Bob's is? I need to start looking for a reliable one. All the diesel shops that I have spoken to want to replace everything with ford parts. THAT IS THE CURRENT PROBLEM.
@@frankvacanti5277 only an idiot uses an air hammer to tighten a fan clutch. There’s a damn reason why the clutch nut threads are always in reverse of pulley rotation. So you’re the one on crack. Just because someone does something 1000 times, doesn’t mean it’s done correctly.
@@frankvacanti5277 i actually do own a business. But that’s not the issue. Be ready for criticisms from the work you perform. You put the video out, and I called bullshit on a few parts of the job you appear to be picturing.
Well the alternative is your fan possibly flying off when you shut the engine off due to inertia. Then taking out that fancy radiator. PSA Make sure the fan clutch is fully seated when replacing a water pump

Mines got everything but an oil cooler, zero problems. 👌👌
Should’ve thrown their 7.3 clutch adapter on there while they were at it

The engine looks absolutely beautiful from the top view !
Awesome video and props to your mech. He makes it really easy to follow!
Great video. Great products.
Where on earth are you getting 6.0 fan clutches from? A Motorcraft one is only $290.
where can you find a that platform that hook onto the tow hooks?

The technician is crazy. Over tightening the fan clutch. and looks to be on crack. Really hyperactive.
That technician knows exactly what he's doing. Has performed this procedure hundreds of times if not thousands. I think you are on crack
