@@AKHIMK obviously they take steroids like you’d have to be stupid not to think otherwise, however that doesn’t detract from the fact that it takes huge amounts of dedication, hard work and discipline.
Genetics play a role but the above is what gets the results the steroids just pushing those results further to an extreme.
If it was so easy why don’t all guys on roids look this big? Yes because it isn’t the roids driving all the results you see. If it was that easy you’d see far more people this size and it would be “normal”

When people go on a cut and lean out for the stage the fibers start to pop and the cuts start to be very noticeable and the chest actually looks even bigger than it did before even though it has less water in it and is actually smaller than before because of water loss, but since it looks more cut, it appears bigger.
