@Gnat Foehn I don't find it excessive, i hit one muscle group a day. So I have plenty of rest before I hit it again. I average 5 exercises per muscle at 5 sets and then I superset something for 3 sets of failure. I'm growing fast and I feel great 👍🏼

I'm gunning for a 100kg bench too. It's my first year gyming tho (I started in March and well it's June now.) So I have a long way to go. I'm consistent on a 30kg reps and I almost feel like I'd be comfortable at 40 too, just haven't had the balls to try it on chest day. Though that's mostly because I got sick for 2 weeks and feel like I lost some gains
I've been trying for a 100kg bench since I started the gym 3 years ago lol. Just yesterday I got a PR of 82.5kg. I made so many mistakes in diet, consistency, and programming that if I started it all again I could definitely get to this point in one year instead of three. In the past 3 months I made more progress on bench than I made in over a year.
This video is the one that made me subscribe to you, I saw you show real maturity here as a mentor, you did not just take the adoration and credit you told them they worked hard to get where they are. This is also going to make me subscribe to their channel. Great honest content , and amazing strength.
