with the 4.4 genshin impact livestream and trailer coming out later this feels like the right time to make this video given celestia is right above chenyu valley, so well be able to go right under it and see whats their. as such I wanna talk about how all the archons, venti, zhonlgi, ei and nahida feel about celestia, venti especially given how he tries to hide his true fear of the island in the sky

@@coconeko7097 the tsaritsa and venti were actually really close friends before the cataclysm!!! venti did something in the cataclysm and they fell out,,,, and it also changed the tsaritsas view on most things, and thats where she probably went from a soft loving person to who she is know (from childes voiceline)
Fun fact : Venti undirectly confirmed in the manga that there is at least 3 other beings at exception of the sustainer that live/lived in Celestia.

"Venti wasn't forced to be archon" this is not completely true. According to Andrius, Venti was not first pick for Anemo Archon. (Weapon Ascension Material: Boreal Wolf's Nostalgia ) but turned it down because he didn't think he was worthy of it. Whether because of this or because he wanted to revive the land (there's two different pov on this) he let his body die.
Venti definitely gave up his gnosis willingly and wanted it to look like he resisted. My first thought was taking on Signora at that exact time could have nasty consequences for the surrounding city and the people. So he made it look like he “tried” to fight back and basically let Signora snatch the gnosis. Two birds, one stone for Venti.
yea I think part of it too, would be hed prolly end up reveling himself as barbatos which he doesnt want
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia yeah exactly! If Signora confronted Venti at the tree or a place like that I feel like things may have gone down a bit more climactic but would have ended in the same. There is no way a god who levels mountains and makes a whole island chain out of a whim had his gnosis just yanked out of him against his will.
@@DawitsLookingforEmiliaVenti actually knew they were coming for his gnosis because Jean said the Fatui was coming after the Anemo Archon’s power, and she thought it was the holy lyre that they were going after. Venti who knows about gnosis and such, knew they were coming after his gnosis instead.
See me personally I'm dropkicking Venti if he doesn't drop a lore bomb. I've also been trying to slip on a banana peel but Zhongli isn't safe either he needs to break those contracts he agreed to. Cause I'm tired of waiting fr.
also does zhongli never say no to a contract? this mf agrees to everything it feels like? im assuming the contract was with celestia and was predicated on him being able to continue on as geo archon. anything short of that and zhongli it seems just whores himself out for contracts ig

There’s a rumor that he’s rerunning in 4.6 which would mean he’s probs getting his 2nd story quest at last. This being because the archons lately seem to rerun back to back, especially the older ones. But this would be breaking the cycle in favor of a venti story quest instead of furina because furina isn’t actually an archon.
We'll have venti's second quest during Natlan patch and it's gonna be a huge bomb. So no need to kick him

If I know two Archons who fear celestia the most out of the seven, would be, Zhongli and Venti because they've been around for a very long time and they know what happens when you go against celestia. Zhongli for example is a demoted god from celestia so he knows the place quite well. And Venti is also having strong ties with celestia being her mother is Istaroth plus in one of his voice lines he mentioned that the water in celestia tastes foul. I suppose Raiden Ei is also part of their little club cause she's seen more than she can let on.
Why would you say that Zhongli is a demoted god from there? It would not be too unlikely but we don't have such information yet.
that's based on my speculations I got from the game's lores. for example it was said that Rex Lapis DESCENDED upon the land, why use descended when you can use BORN?. the piece of info is when La Signiora came for the Geo Gnosis, Zhongli said something among those lines like " I've dwenlt UPON this land for over 6000 years". Again why not born into this world. it sounds unbelievable but that's what I have to say. @@shadowpriest2574

I’d LOVE to hear your thoughts on paimon’s inconsistent knowledge (knowing that inazuma wasn’t as bad the year prior to the game start and that khaneriah was destroyed, yet not that the citizens were turned to monsters/ much about the actual calamity. not knowing about the dragons of natlan or the rite of descension) and her one specific, unimportant line from act 3 wherein she had a dream that she stole something and says that she’d never actually steal anything, but questions herself - which is weird, considering the importance of the traveller’s dreams in that same act.) IT DRIVES ME CRAZY!!! Also: visions and gnosis’ being described as external magical foci that resonate with celestia/visions being like an external organ, and that nobody ever questions paimon - in Fontaine act 5, paimon didn’t appear in furina’s memory of talking to the traveller in the box and paimon didn’t factor into her doubt about whether it was ok to tell the traveller like she’s just an extension of their being. The abyss twin not acknowledging paimon. . AND JUST. PLEASE. paimon saying that maybe bad luck just follows them both around (smthn like that) as they’re leaving sumeru. gnosis’ being objects of misfortune. I do not think that paimon is a gnosis Duh but like … THERE IS WEIRD STUFF GOING ON … IT KEEPS ME UP AT NIGHT! I think Venti fears them because he knows they were able to kill the Primordial One and two shades.
My theory about Venti is that he and Istaroth are the final two shades and in order to protect his sister he placed her in the missing Four Winds Temple (Dragon) and vanished it. Celestia can’t take her power over time if she’s in a domain that cannot even be located
I will add that I think it would be so cool if Alice was helping Venti hide the domain. Like say if she had her daughter blow up a particular area which resulted in a massive expansion of a lake which is concealing the entrance to the domain where Istaroth is hiding out.
I just think the Hexenzircle is acting on behalf of Tevat against Celestia.
Rhinedottir found the Heart of Niberous and immediately went into hiding. Niberious’ out of game lore states that he’s a demigod who is capable of resurrecting fallen gods. So if they are able to bring him back then he can bring back the PO to get his throne back
I belife the three figure is a shade and the reason why their design is not relly like female may be because mihoyo still not decideted their design .or may be that three figure is unknown entitie that life in celestia because Seelies one life there,in the same venti manga there is panel that show 2 or 3 dragon flying around celestia and deteled zhongli voice line about celestia " aahh celestia is been long time that i habe been there" is implying that zhongli once life there so this is reinforce that celestia is not just home for PO and 4 shade but manny entitie that we don't know and that 3 figure is maybe just unknown entitie that yet to be introduce and we don't know yet

Venti became a god after he, the nameless bard, and others defeated decarabian. Andrius, king of the north wind, did not want to rule over Monstadt because he thought that his snow and wind wouldn't be good for the people of Monstadt, so he gave up his body and now lives as a spirit this was how Venti ended up being a god. I know Venti said that he is the weakest among all the gods, but he was able to cleave off the top of one of the highest mountain and I think he did this before he got his Gnosis also I think he didn't put up a fight with Signora because he probably knew that she blamed him for her lovers death all he did was block the wind and snow from hitting the traveler if he had used his powers we wouldn't be fighting her every week in the boss fight

What if the reason Venti only thought of three (shades?) in that tone is because he trusts (or something akin to that) Istaroth? She's *seemingly* *mostly* done good things like helping Enkonomiya when they went under and I really wonder if she had played a big role in the other things how much Venti would be able to go up against her as she would be somewhat of a mother to him or he was once part of her as he was just one of a thousand winds and she is, whether literally or metaphorically, *the* thousand winds. It'd be cool if she was playing the long game with Celestia and Venti is the only one who knows.

My question is who is the strongest person in each region lore wise out of the playable characters ignoring the archons,the sovereigns and the fatui harbingers because it's obvious if you count them it gose Neuvillette, Zhongli,Ei,Scaramouche,the poyro archon and all the fatui harbingers

Well... Venti is connected to time itself and in his demo, there is a slide written that he's born of a branch of time, which pretty much makes Istaroth Venti's mother. However, for as long as we've known Venti, Traveler has never once spoken of Celestia and it does make me wonder why they didn't. Is it because they find Venti unreliable because of how unserious he looks? Or is it because they can't trust Venti as he may lie about himself. Could it also be that Traveler just forgets about Celestia every time Venti shows up? (Yes, I know that this is reaching too far). Within the genshin community, there is always two types of opinions seen on Venti; either he's the weakest archon who doesn't treat anything seriously (supposedly a red herring), a goofball of an archon who should be classed at the bottome, or a liar who is keeping way too much secrets and knows the most of Celestia, seeing how he's the most suspicious character in game with many clues around that makes Mondstadt and Venti not like what we think it should be, and yet, still is the best archon one can ask for as Venti is the only one shown to have such great love and care for his people that he considers as his own instead of people who's under him. People likely think that Venti's eventual 2nd story quest (if it even exists at this point) will solve a lot of missing pieces in the puzzle, a huge lore bomb

I have a question: There are many videos that explore the theory that celestia can be reached from inside domains because of the withe pillars behind the tree, my question is: what is the chance that the first cutscene of the game took place in a domain?
hmm. would be interesting. id have to look and see if there was any special dialogue regarding the first time the traveler entered a domain in mondstat to speak on this though. just cause we knew they had wings and could have just flown up to celestia

To be fair in defense of my client Monsieur Neuvillet the dragon sovereign of water had already reclaimed his original power as a dragon sovereign from the hydro gnosis prior to giving it to gnave there for when he gave it away it was just an empty vessel.

You know they stated in game recently that the stolen sovereign power is kept in Celestia in some thrones that are there , how it was stated the gnosises are some devices or things that connected archons to Celestia-those respective thrones that become connected to the persons that have the title of archon now that Focalors destroyed both the throne and title I would say that practically now the hydro gnosis is an useless device but still a part of the 3rd descender
Which makes the theory that Tsaritsa might try to resurrect the 3rd descender much more of the reasonable or understandable ideas I suppose
