Love the full body band workout. I used the wall for balance in standing exercises when leg went side to side. I had a couple of slips when wrapped foot around band for kickbacks, but room to improve. First time through, always have room to improve. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

Thank you so much for your videos! I am recovering from plantar fasciitis and have had to completely change my workout routine (which was walking fast on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes a day). While I really miss the cardio, your videos have made me realize that I need to incorporate strength training and core work. I also have back and shoulder issues, so your videos are helping with a lot of issues. A friend who is a Pilates instructor gave me a Theraband and I love working with it. Thank you!
Hi Susan, welcome! Yep plantar fasciitis will certainly change up your exercise routine. The kind of exercise on my channel will really help you with where you are at. You will find that you gain some cardio, fitness, breathing and strength benefits from the way I combine low impact movements in the various sequences. You are right in that we all need strength workouts and to be honest if you focus on this with good quality movement and technique you will get so much out of it, without the impact 👌🤗 Bands are our favorite on here! Good workout to get going again - post COVID and traveling through Italy - have been averaging 15km walking per day - but no stretching so hips and back are very tight - will take some time to get flexible again - glad to be starting and looking forward to getting home and back into my daily routine

Great and challenging exercises. Sometimes I struggle to make the transition between exercises from a time perspective, I can see you have edited out some of the transitions to keep it tidy, but maybe an old guy like me needs a couple of seconds more! I am an old volleyballer, still playing top division with hip and shoulder issues, but your exercises give fantastic relief to the sore and stiff joints. Thanks for the great workouts.

You are right I edited out the transitions in this one, but from a few people mentioning they needed to stop the video I decided not to do that so literally refilmed and uploaded a new 25 minute band video from a few days ago! So moving forward you should not have this issue👌😀 Sounds great you are still doing top division volleyball, well done, what a great sport. I was not that great at it in school Haha. Hi ! Yep sure, what you need to do is keep your abs pulled in super strong and shoulder blades pulled together the whole time. This creates a better and stronger centre and helps stop over arching. If knees are a problem don't do the kneeling kickbacks, stick to another set of the standing ones like at start 👌
Really enjoyed the balancing component. Your videos are actually fun to do, and I can see and feel the difference in my arms, legs, bum and tum!

Great series! I find it hard when I do the kneeling kickbacks and pulses not to arch my back. Do you have any advice?
