Thank you so much for this Vanessa. I've been doing your pilates and resistant band work for some time now and its really helping my recovery from long covid, especially the core work too. I loved the mix of dumbbells and band here, although i did have to kneel instead of stand for some, but delighted to be able to do most of it! Love your videos 😊

Hi Vanessa , back again! I enjoyed this workout very much. I was pressed for time, so did 15 min one day and the 2nd 15 min the next. I felt this one.the next day!! 🔥🔥 I like the dumbell/band mix! The only suggestion: I found the rest break a little too short to transition from one exercise to the next. I just stopped.and rewound a few seconds once I got ready. Also, it would help me to have a bit more instruction on proper form, as some of.tjese exercises were new to me. But overall, I loved the workout!! ❤❤ Thank you for all of your excellent workouts! (PS, I really like your hairstyle with the side swept bangs!)

You were a big part while I was recovering from my elbow injury a few years back, until now, since I recently had a surgery to have myoma removed. It took a long time for me to recover, over a month because of complications. You & your resistance bands played a vital part in my recovery, truly appreciate you for it!
