7 days post foot surgery and your rb videos are keeping me moving! This one was great because I could.do some exercises seated and the standing ones weren't hard on my surgical foot! You've been a lifesaver during my semi-sedentary recovery!! Thank you Vanessa!! 😁👍❤❤

It's about technique alright, and I try to really focus on what you're demonstrating: posture (shoulders back and down), the way you're standing, or leaning, elbow, hand position, everything because it matters so much. I agree that keeping the band strong, taut makes a huge difference, really stimulates the muscles quickly ( oh yeah, I felt it) and feels amazing. My idea is hands and feet, the often neglected but some of the most used parts of the body. Just holding the band is beneficial, of course, but if you can come up with something I would be interested. Your knees vid involved the feet somewhat with the some of the moves, now that I think of it. A lot of people have foot problems and might be interested in anything that can make their feet, ankles happy!

Thank you for your reply Vanessa I have a problem wear and tear in my neck so I can’t do aerobics weights and that kind of thing that I used to do when I was younger. Iam stuck with my problem but I manage it with yoga mainly. But I discovered that these band exercises are gentler way to strengthen my neck and also get aerobic workout from it and can adjust to each day according how I feel and also core work I need always. My other weak point. Thank you
I really liked this one!! You do exercises that I've never seen before!! I'm sure I'm going to be feeling muscles I never knew that I had! 😁 I especially liked the standing core work and the way you incorporated balance into some of these. Thank you Vanessa for another great workout!! I'm working my way through the 14-day challenge as well as I can. I've had to change the order a bit due to time constraints and I've also skipped a few days..but I'm going to keep going, no.matter what!!! 😁💪☀️💪

Thx for answering☺️ I‘m a Yoga teacher and it is difficult to train the upper back and the shoulders in an other way than push (plank for example) So sometimes I have problems there. These exercises in your video are perfect to train also the small deep muscles. My shoulders an back became much stronger😅💪 It is a perfect complement to my Yoga practice.. I also like your other Videos😊

@@Vanessabhealthtv definitely good sore! My arms are looking less flabby and more toned which is a great bonus to the therapeutic benefits of pain-free shoulders! Really like the theraband way more than hand weights; at least for me who seems to be injury prone in my shoulders and neck.
l love your theraband workouts, although my torn rotator cuffs make me modify a lot. My only issue is the quick transition to the next exercise with the band. I have to pause the videos often to switch sides with my band. I know with practice I'll get better at that. Thanks so much for these!

Hi Vanessa💗I tried my new Theraband this morn with this vid. Felt a good way to move and engage the upper body and core and balance too. 🐎I haven't been wearing trainers previously for Pilates. Do you recommend them when using the band?
Woohoo, new band! 👌💪 That's a great question. I have been wearing shoes in Pilates workouts of late for more challenge. It makes it a tiny bit harder and changes the feeling of your legs a little. Also good for grip with band. Otherwise bare feet is good for band workouts. 🤗 I recommend you try both options with and without shoes and let me know what you feel is different!
Hi Vanessa, I’m new to your videos and loving them so far! Is there any particular band you recommend for your workouts? Otherwise was gonna go with the Theraband 3-pack on Amazon. Non-Latex I guess. They seem more pleasant to use. I see in some of your vids the band stretches super long. The cheap ones I have right now don’t do that. Thanks from Canada!
Hi Rab, thanks for joining and welcome 🙏🤗 try those bands yes, but all the bands I have used in videos are Resista Brand which I got from Australia. Try getting a long roll and cutting yourself if you want super long ones 💪👌 I'm currently trying to source excellent quality and long ones for you guys globally. Hi Vanessa, as I have a right thoracic left lumbar scoliosis, I watch your videos to ensure that the exercises do not suggest twisting nor rotations nor flexion/extension. I commend you on the attached video however, after reviewing I conclude that only the first part is okay for me to do. Am I correct? Thanks so much
Hi Diana, yes you are correct with this 🤗 As there happens to be some of that rotational work in this video as something different for the core component. Just eliminate those movements in any of the videos if that's what has been advised for you. Try out some of the videos in the Back Pain Relief Playlist which will also help with strengthening those muscles ok. Keep up the great work 🤗💪
Hello yes it is. Just do not push through any pain at all. I suggest one of my shorter 10 or 12 minute videos first if you have frozen shoulder, and do get your doctors advice if it's ongoing 👌😀

I dint feel my core much but it felt great in the arms and especially shoulders.
Hi Vanessa, I’m new to your videos and loving them so far! Is there any particular band you recommend for your workouts? Otherwise was gonna go with the Theraband 3-pack on Amazon. Non-Latex I guess. They seem more pleasant to use. I see in some of your vids the band stretches super long. The cheap ones I have right now don’t do that. Thanks from Canada!
Hi Rab, thanks for joining and welcome 🙏🤗 try those bands yes, but all the bands I have used in videos are Resista Brand which I got from Australia. Try getting a long roll and cutting yourself if you want super long ones 💪👌 I'm currently trying to source excellent quality and long ones for you guys globally. Hi Vanessa, as I have a right thoracic left lumbar scoliosis, I watch your videos to ensure that the exercises do not suggest twisting nor rotations nor flexion/extension. I commend you on the attached video however, after reviewing I conclude that only the first part is okay for me to do. Am I correct? Thanks so much
Hi Diana, yes you are correct with this 🤗 As there happens to be some of that rotational work in this video as something different for the core component. Just eliminate those movements in any of the videos if that's what has been advised for you. Try out some of the videos in the Back Pain Relief Playlist which will also help with strengthening those muscles ok. Keep up the great work 🤗💪

Hello yes it is. Just do not push through any pain at all. I suggest one of my shorter 10 or 12 minute videos first if you have frozen shoulder, and do get your doctors advice if it's ongoing 👌😀
I'm finding the theraband series is better for me. Kinder on my wrists but still feel like I'm getting a good workout.
