Love this band workout focusing on full body. I was on target the entire time with balance, coordination, and stamina. The weather cut our outdoor walk a little short at 1.5 mile walk. Love the band assistance with roll up. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️
This is a great workout Vanessa. Thank you. I've been working through your exercise sessions, particularly the ones that are knee friendly after having a total knee replacement, but was missing cardio as I loved it so much before. This is a perfect balance for me at the moment.

Great full body band workout. We went for a 1.6 mile outdoor walk,then I turned into 2 miles with yard work/pots. Great stretch using band at end to cool down. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️
@@Vanessabhealthtv I thought the length was great Vanessa., I did not finish only because the abdominal section wasn,t a good fit for me . I did a few exercises from my personal video instead but I kept this video running and did the final neck stretch. Hope this makes sense . PS I could really feel my arms the next day , in that good way .

Another one I have never done until tonight. Loved it. Only off/unbalanced moment was when on floor, trying to raise head while scissor legs and arm out with band. But rest coordination, stamina and balance were on. Thanks Vanessa. ☺️❤️

Hey Vanessa🙏💌I loved this one this morning with new band and light shoes this time. A good length for me. Any other full body band vids you can suggest? One tip on counting: have an on screen visual timer which we can follow as you give us the teaching points. It will offer two things : 1)give you the chance to breathe evenly and speak without the need to count for us 2)consistent even and accurate counting for us🙌❤️love and blessings to you

I've always filmed the videos the way I teach in class and counting and talking but still never perfect when I go on tangents 🙄🤗 so yes for future will definitely get a timer I think in the video so I can hear it too!

I get strain near my neck area while doing the exercises' is it normal or am I doing something wrong. please do let me know nevertheless I love doing these workouts. and also is it good for weight loss
