    Love the bands/loop bands. Definitely difference using loop band- it’s stronger. Can’t believe a loop band routine not done until today. Loved it. Thanks Vanessa 😊❤️

    One I haven’t done in a year. Yes, the loop band definitely feels stronger. Maybe I’ve just gotten stronger, and able to increase strength of resistance band. I used a medium strength band on upper body, and I used a heavy band on legs. We went for an outdoor walk prior to loop band workout. I was right along with you in it, and my balance was great this morning. Thanks Vanessa 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

      That is good news Kelly 🏆💪😊 An increase in the band yes! Keep up your great technique with those band increases, I am sure you are! Fully extending through the movements etc, feeling the right muscles 🏆🙌 Excellent efforts here Kelly!

    I've been using the bands more than ever since I became a fan of yours. It's amazing how something so light and portable can be so challenging. What a great way to hit the triceps...quickly. Another excellent video with that unique VanessaB flair!

      You are right Steven! Something so small is so challenging 🤗 I find these loop bands very strong and nice change to the others too. So glad you like this workout! I'm thinking to do more isolated muscles with the loop band next week. Arms, back, glutes, legs as individual videos. What do you think?

      @@Vanessabhealthtv I like both types of bands - straight and loop - having both expands the options available, makes for more versatility. I liked this workout a lot; it's simple but the band, especially a heavier one like you used offers some serious resistance. I do like doing more reps with the lighter bands also at times. I like your idea about more isolated muscles band workouts. Thanks for all that you do!

Take ur time with workouts and do the test for 'abdominal separation ' in the Pregnancy and Postnatal Playlist to ensure this is ok before moving onto other routines and core work.
