Hi Erik, Your 4 wheel Shunter was running very nicely, I like the Teak 4 wheel Coaches they are perfect with the Jinty. All accompanied with great Keyboard music. Cheers, Paul.👍👍🙏
Hi Paul, the hunter is based on a standard 0-4-0 Hornby chassis, and comes from a steam punk locomotive. I bought it new and unboxed for under 15 euros. The old Triang shunter was beyond repair, parts of the mechanism were broken and the motor was dead. So I tried to give it a new lease of life on the cheap... 😃 The teak coaches were quite expensive, but I adore teak coaches... Thanks for watching! Have a nice Sunday! Erik
Ciao dear Erik lovely British layout, footage image makes layout bigger and short coaches and locos too it's the perfect layout for homes big like, have a nice sunday alberto 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😊😊😊🍀🍀🍀🍀
Grazie mille, Alberto! Questo plastico Lima è davvero così piccolo (95x85 cm) che si adatta a qualsiasi casa! Tuttavia, ho intenzione di provare a realizzare un modello ancora più compatto ma con più binari laterali. Saluti dal Belgio! 🙋♂ Erik
@@robstovrailway Not really. I am selling most of my Belgian rolling stock on a local site. It will probably an interchangeable layout again: so British and Soviet buildings would be swappable. If it works well, I will sell my two current layouts. First I have to find time to make this new layout, I hope in the Christmas holidays, but more realistically it will be in the summer holidays...
Great video Erik mate...but may I humble point out to you the 080 only had top speed of 32 km's an hour and would have limited passenger coach ability 😯😲🤭 but who cares roll 'em all i say ! good weekend to you ,mate.
Just about right for my R1-layout 😄 on a higher speed the passengers would fall out the coaches 😁 Maybe with an extra axle he could haul a few more coaches, but I guess the heritage club couldn't afford a third axle 🤭 Yes, I know, I am sometimes fiddling to much with my rolling stock 😜, but that's part of the fun, indeed. Thanks for your comment and for watching the video! Have a nice Sunday afternoon and evening!
Je hebt een unieke collectie. Een class 11 met 2 assen heb ik nog niet eerder gezien 😀 De houten rijtuigen doen het goed achter de stoomlok.mvg. Arnout
@@patricksmodels The red coach is Tri-ang R29/221. It's OO. It had the large bogies (fixed with rivets) and hook couplers. I replaced these with Lima bogies and Evemodel wheelsets. This makes the coach sit lower, so it fits much better on the small layout. I also added a Lima interior (needed some adjustments) and added passengers. Finally I toned the red colour down by using a wash of grey, dark brown and black mixed in a lot of water. Thanks for watching!
Lovely layout and nice interesting rolling stock 😊

A beautiful video as always. Is that red coach a Jouef in H0?

@railway187 It looks good. Mentioning 00, I'll be working on my double gauge layout later in the day.
