  • This gentle yoga stretch is perfect for gardeners. Through this yoga for gardeners practise we stretch out the entire body, with a focus on the hands and releasing the lower back. This is a gentle yoga stretch that is suitable for anytime of the day. Please share this slow yoga flow and stretch with any gardeners you feel could benefit from it.

    This may be my new favorite quick stretch💗 Every move felt delicious and my body feels amazing✨ I don’t garden other than my herbs but clearly I liked being stretched like I do😆

      Wonderful! I'm really enjoying these more gentle ones at the moment too! I think herbs and indoor plants still count... so I'm calling myself a gardener too haha! xxx

    Yoga challenge day 144: I started the day with this but then it was too hot to do any gardening Still at least I got the practice in! 🤣🤣

    Yoga challenge day 211: starting the big autumn clear-up in the garden today so this is an ideal way to warm up the joints and muscles. Also great as a post-gardening warm-down so I’ll see you back here this evening Helen x

    Yummy practice! First video I've found from this channel. I was almost put off by early pieces of music - the beats were a bit distracting and were affecting my breathing rhythm, but so glad I stuck with it - lovely practice and the ambient music later on was much easier to move and breath with. Thank you! X
