    This 20 minute yoga stretch is the perfect way to release tension held in the shoulders and hips. In this slow flow yoga stretch we hold poses for a little longer and work into the shoulders, but mostly into the hips. This yoga stretch can be done at anytime of the day and is suitable for all levels. I would suggest that you have some pillows or props to hand for this yoga stretch class as they can really help you to feel more supported and relaxed… which can change the pose a lot!     Yoga challenge day 197. I’m attending my first face-to-face public workshop since February from 12 - 3:00 tomorrow. This yoga stretch is great preparation for this event I’m so excited!

    I so needed this. Mom has dementia and I’m feeling overwhelmed in my body. More yin sequences please! I really need this for my neck as well. Your voice is so peaceful. Thank you so much!

    Well With Hels- I have tried a lot of classes on line but I always come back to you. I have followed you from the beginning - I believe you had a different name when you started out? The only thing I would say is you are hard to find if one is just searching for yoga which is to bad because I think a lot more people would enjoy and benefit from your teaching style. I love your variety of flows and unique personality. An overall lovely combo. xo

      I am so glad you enjoy these classes and thank you for coming back ❤️ TH-cam have definitely penalised me for changing the channel name and also moving a few videos over to my membership platform ☹️ (I didn’t realise this was going to be an issue), but views are WAY down and I know I don’t show up in search in places where I actually think I’d be a good fit…. Not sure what to do, but if you wouldn’t mind sharing your favourite classes on social media or with any blogs you follow, I’d be so grateful for the helping hand ❤️

    I love a yin class, especially in Sundays 😊 Some videos more focussed on breath work and introspection would be great. I feel like I’m ‘doing’ a lot of yoga right now, but I’ve not been truly ‘practicing’ recently. 💛
