    Hello Helen. Great practice! It really helped me loosen up. I really liked the active pigeon poses. A serious gamechanger for the hips! I discovered your channel with the after workout video, which has become one of my favorites to do after cycling or kettlebell.

    Good morning Helen and what a nice calming and very stretching flow! The pigeon pose in this flow felt soooo fantastic and releasing, even though the pose itself can be stressful a bit! I loved the toe stretch and especially that it's the first stretch of the practice, I think I've neglected my toes over the past week, but today they received all the loving they needed. Thank you so much Helen for this another helpful practice!❣

    Really enjoyed this practice! It was so gentle and nourishing. I also noticed that the calming music in the background. Really helped me calm down. These videos are helping me every morning. To wake up more gentle and to feel less anxiety for the day. 🙏💆🏽‍♀️
