    Thank you for this excellent practice. I try to do it every day. At first I did it at full speed but it was too fast. Then I did it for a couple weeks at .75 speed. Now I am doing it at half speed. I’ve found the slower I do it, the more I can focus and get it right, and also it does bring a little more heat, since it is now 20+ minutes. A perfect start to the day and great pre-surf routine.

    Great job with cues. Love this. I agree it is a bit fast- more like a primary ashtanga class speed after the first SN-A and & B. Nevertheless, taking it to 75% speed is perfect. I also like the commentary about the rituals at the beginning. This is not a beginner video (this channel does have an intro to this video though) and should probably say so in the description because there is no explanation of drishti (gaze) for chatt etc but nevertheless, still really well done. Thanks!

    I found this video to be the perfect pace for me. Other Sun salutation demonstrations have either been too fast for beginners ( like myself ) to follow and learn from, and/or, the breathing is just to intense for my cardio ability and I get too light headed. Thank you soo much for this video, I use it daily and it has improved so many things in my day to day life. ^__^

    For an extra challenge I add 4 push-ups just before every arch up - so 60 push ups total
