    Love that this video is so different from others. Starting with a massage is wonderful! Adding arm stretches really makes the poses full body. I feel differently, having done this only once. Thanks!

    So i was doing the second pose without the arms because they were hurting my shoulders. I can barely lean forward without my feet tingling (cutting off blood flow) what am i doing wrong?

      Take it slow even if you are far from the ground, maybe going a bit more every time and try to incorporate more props to rest your head on at a higher level
