    When your alarm goes off in the morning, do you jump out of bed or feel groggy and stiff? If you’re like most of us, you have your own ritual to shake off that sleepy, groggy feeling. Instead of a cup of coffee, the best thing for your body and mind is an energizing morning yoga session. Rituals has teamed up with our yoga guru Deborah with a special morning yoga sequence to gently transition
    your body after a long night’s sleep into the day. You’ll gradually build momentum with bending and stretching poses that will help your blood circulate through your body. It’s a natural way to boost your heart rate, instead of with caffeine.     It's working! I just bought 5 Rituals candles. These are the best yoga videos online. The sound quality is great and the setup is so calming. We need more energizing morning routines from Rituals!

    Je vous suis depuis au moins 6 mois régulièrement. Je trouve que dernièrement les séances sont toujours autour des mêmes mouvements et se ressemble beaucoup. Pour les non connaisseur on ne sais pas ce qu' on fait. Du Yin, du vinyasa, du pranayama, du Kundalini, du Hatha flow ou même du Pilates. Ce serait bien d'avoir de vidéo de tous les styles pour varier un peu.

    I hate these ASMR yoga videos where you can hear how they swallow their spit and breath in and out soo LOUDLY!!! I can’t even concentrate man! So annoying!!!!!😡
