This came up on my phone so I thought I'd try it. Good flow though I think describing it as easy and relaxing is a little misleading (I don't call side planks relaxing!).
Nice all levels moves. Half chaturangas and no advanced poses. Plus some nice leg work to wake you up. Left side was a bit quicker than the right side, but I've found that can be pretty common. I really felt that goddess pose! Nice 😁
Yoga ISN'T easy. Perhaps the title is a bit of a misnomer, but this IS a beginner and easy yoga practice in comparison to the breadth of yoga that exists and the corresponding levels. For those who found this difficult, I would recommend trying yin yoga & perhaps search for "how to practice yoga". No shame in being a beginner.
I searched beginner morning yoga, so this is not what I was expecting. Left side felt very rushed compared to right side and the instruction given wasn’t very good. I usually follow along to yoga videos without having to look at my screen too much but the instruction on the video had me constantly watching the screen.
In the first sequence the left side is rushed and not done as many times as the right side and in the second sequence the left Warrior 1 isn't included at all :(
way too fast and rushed..don't get time to know our body and not the purpose of youga..."inhale, exhale, do this, do that..."...for a morning routine, I didn't enjoy at all...
Definitely not my idea of a slow Sunday morning, with so many chaturangas and strong leg asanas and no stretching beforehand, and all of that early in the morning! The instructions are very weak, no cues on feet positioning, leaving the practice more annoyed than relaxed…
I was hoping to see a gentle easy flow but with side plank and wild thing it is not!! And frog pose in the morning? Nah. Shame as it is a good flow but the it is not an easy gentle flow!!
Inhale and exhale through the nose is key in yoga to maintain the energy inside. When exhaling through the mouth you don't built up but release it at each time ! So wrong ;(

Brilliant. Pacy rythmn but good for me. There is hope for overweight 50 something men with loads of accumulated soccer injuries.

Agree with the comments, not an easy relaxing flow. Quite fast and not that easy to follow in places. Not what I expected but still enjoyed.
