- I am not perfect and I have negative habits and struggles that lead to relapse in my mental health. I found that keeping track of all the things you do that are "bad" lead to a healthier you. These are the behaviors that I struggle with and I hope to help others find out what they struggle with, in order to overcome them and lead a more positive life. Self-awareness is key. Enjoy!
