    Would implements from the micra fit the Snippet? If so, I see a lot of great modifications.

    I honestly like this tool after I fixed the Jewelry Driver by filing it down to a nice eyeglass screwdriver it works well. The scissors are amazing the other implements work well are not that hard to get in and out once you get use to it. I totally agree with your B+ score.

    Hi Ben! Very honest review
    In my opinion they should take off the tools and just add a wider finger base. This tools looks reslly good as scissors and should be only scissors. Tksr everything off leave the scissors and do a perfect finger holder. ..
    In my opinion

    Hey Ben. Maybe put some grid paper as a background to your videos. Now we can gett a better idea of the size of these tools. This tool was deceiving: that SOG looked like it was substantially larger, until your hands entered the frame. 👍

      That’s a good idea. Let me see what I can find.

    Million dollar question,Ben, how well do the scissors cut 10- 100 pound braided & mono fishing line ? That's how I would rate these

    • @txtoolcrib
      @txtoolcrib  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well, I don't know. Guess I'll have to round up some fishing line and find out.

    Recent subscriber... Love the depth you go into your videos... Looking for the perfect multitool for me (doesn't exist) but I'm leaning towards the Roxon S801S... Any chance you will be doing a review of this multitool?

      I certainly will. I have been trying to use it a bit first.

    Snippet or crosscut 2.0?

    • @txtoolcrib
      @txtoolcrib  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good question. I think I go with the Snippet, even though I really don’t like that it is not spring loaded. I say that only because the scissors are so much better and can be easily sharpened.

    Spot on review. I received this tool in the PMP Prep Box. I must say the scissors do cut very well but the smaller tools, not as effective. My wife claimed them for her arts & craft projects. 😂

      Thank you sir, I wish the other tools were as good as the scissors.

    Could Have Been A Great Tool, But The Lack Of Spring Loaded Scissors Killed It For Me, Plus The Inner Tools Obstructed . Thanx TX!!

    I had a SOG SwitchPlier for my fishing kit. Man I thought it was cool. I tried to cut a fishing hook with the wire cutters and the entire pliers broke. What a turd. I think it was covered by warranty but I was disgusted and simply threw it away. I now carry a pair of nice needle nose pliers and a good pocket knife. Way better.

    • @txtoolcrib

    While I do respect SOG multi-tools, this one seems to have been designed by perhaps the CEO's nephew or something. Money is much better spent on a Micra, or Style CS. (my opinion)

    they dont use high quality steel because nobody wants to pay 50 dollars for a small tool.
