Hi there. After successfully connecting your vehicle to the HomeLink system, the original remote control does not have to be stored in your vehicle.

It’s weird. I followed all steps where you hold your remote control and homelink button 1 at the same time. The LED turned green but then when I was pressing homelink button 1, my garage wouldn’t open at all. Can you please help? (My garage door opener is Genie 1035 sv)
