The level of detail in space engineer´s blocks is mind-blowing. I have been inspired by the improvement over the last couple of years. Thank you, Keen, and the community for these creations!

Using Spectator Camera you can do CTRL + Scroll wheel to slow or speed its mouse sensitivity, then using arrow keys/numpad arrows to get smooth camera rotation. Tricks i use in my cinematics that i've picked up.
xocliw for those cinematic camera movements I recommend connecting a controller and giving it a go. Should be able to control the camera with more smoothness

@Xocliw We need more particle effects like rising heat and cold vapour. The Cold vapour effect (the old oxygen air vent particle) would have brought that cryo room to life.
Love the new update guys however there's one thing that has (slightly) bothered me since the launch of this game: When you search for wheel in the G menu, the left wheels are on the right side of each set!
does anyone know what the ship at timestamp 3:07 is? is there a workshop page for it? if so. whats it called? supposedly by John Whack but i cant search by creator in Workshop.
@@jeremycheney142 the mods are cool but I feel like vanilla needs more than just more blocks. It would be cool if the factions had their bases, mitary and cargo ships. It would be nice if you could trade with them or just fight them. The base game rn is cool but is lacking the depth that would make the game more interesting. Maybe even a system like in 7 days to die where some enemies will spawn and attack your base. Or just some big aliens that would swarm your base
Builds like this make me genuinely want Keen to try and optimize the game and limit it to small grids. Large small grid ships look so much better than large grid.
@@Xocliw Sadly lord Klang is demanding his sacrifices and when the arms move..... The ship is wildly unbalanced..... Especially when the drill arms are full as for the combat arms the literal grappler as that latch on to the enemy ship to carve it up like a turkey..... Well..... Sorta works until Klang is displeased..... The idea is from the Anime "Outlaw Star" they have weapons that can be swapped out for the arm to use ranging from guns to melee weapons that was the inspiration but I am still a bit of a novice in space engineers.
I've seen the drone in that first ship on steam before, mind linking the creator's profile so I could check if I saw it on the workshop or in a screenshot? cause I can't seem to find it anymore
I am so suprized the game did not crash hard during the activation of shooting. I have had some simple creation get loaded in from a file and have it crash. Though they have done a really great job of stabilizing the game. They know we are crazy about large and HUMONGOS. 😂👍 You gained a subscriber. Wish I could do more, but times are extremely rough. 🤷♂
Is there any way you guys can explain how the Planetary Encounters actually spawn? What are the requirements? I have been on a single save for probably over 8 hours and have not seen a single one. I've been posting all over the place and no one has any idea how they work.
@@Xocliw yes brand new world when Contact update came out. The global encounters are spawning but not a single Planetary Encounter has spawned. I tried turning it off and back on. I’ve tried so many things and I cannot get them to spawn. Another one of my friends opened a brand new save and it was happening to him too. Multiple people are having this problem I’ve noticed on the discord as well.
@@Xocliw Ok it is something within Build Vision 3.0 or Build Info mods. As soon as they are added into the game it stopped spawning in Planetary Encounters. Has nothing to do with adding multiple mods at once. Just one or both of those specific mods. Removing the mods afterwards does not fix the issue. A new save had to be made to fix the spawning issue.
Hmmmm... blacky hasnt published it yet because is having problems with rotors and phantom forces, if new update fixed them a little it might be uploaded
meanwhile my noob ass without any dlcs can barely build a functioning ship that looks like anything let alone something cool like this that has all needed facilities in it

at 11:35 is that the ai modules controlling that robot or are the rotors just set to spin
Both. The mech will go forwards until AI detects tgt and then uses a gyro to turn it

I only build in small grid I don't like building a big grid because of the scale
I have a really good cruiser the problem is that it uses mods so I probably couldn’t give it for rating
