Big thanks for this video!! Helped me out a ton. I was able to do it myself with a little help from my family. My 19 f250 def system took a dump on me at 96k miles. Luckily I had everything ready to install before hand but was apprehensive I was capable enough to do it myself. I went for it and wished I did it sooner!

Great video man. Going to finally take my cooler out and put th3 coolant blockoff plate on when I do a coolant flush soon here. I did the two small blockoff plates when I removed the dpf and got a tuner a couple years ago. Snapped one of the exhaust manifold bolts and had to drill and tap it to get the plate on. Your video was calm and thorough and that helps me fully grasp the process. Fully confident in getting this done now.

I'm strongly thinking of switching to diesel I currently have 2013 Chevrolet 2500HD gas burner it has done excellent only did throttle body spacer with aftermarket exhaust but thinking about getting Ford F-250 6.7L powerstroke. So, a little new to the Diesel truck but luckily I grew up working on gas and diesel trucks. This video helps out alot because once I buy a new vehicle I do not like going back to the dealership and first thing I'm doing is voiding the warranty with egr delete and dpf delete. Thanks for the video woody.

I’ve removed that crossover tube on several 6.7s with no breakage. Go drive the truck, get it nice and hot, then they come out no problem. The lubricant doesn’t do much since they’re flanged bolts.

very informative video but i have some querries about the EGR bypass valve especially for Ford F550. i will be thankful if you can answer below 2 questions. Thanks
1.) Firstly, i would like to know the position and structure and shape of the EGR bypass valve how does it look like.
2.) Secondly, when the EGR bypass valve is closed, then the exhasut gas is bypassed directly in to the manifold. my question is when it is bypassed, then is it possible that some amount of the gas slips through the gaps around bypass valve or slips in the cooler? Or does the gas goes back?

nice info brother, but i got a question, i coming from the world of big rigs , i got a deleted isx straight pipe , sounds awesome, but my actual egr cooler is still on the truck , everything is block off except coolant lines but i use it as a bypass, can i do the same with this , block everything i need and leave the egr on and use it as a bypass coolant line cause that’s really a lot of work , i know is not that difficult but i think i can do the same as i did on my semi , i just bought a 2018 f250 and i love it but i know all that crappy shit needs to be out in order to save the truck from killing him self

Hello woody! thanks for the video it's great to see someone doing there own work. Im still little new to diesels and have owned my 2019 ford 250 for about a year now. with all the changes you made to your truck does it really enhance the performance and life of the engine? Here in nazie california won't touch anything till I move out of state then it will all come off.

It only enhances the life if you don’t go crazy with power. Just deleting everything, simple clean tunes, and maybe a lift pump is all you really need. 100 extra hp easy and peace of mind that the rest of the truck will rot off before the engine goes😂

Jason Woods I did a complete flush of both the primary and secondary with distilled water to change from the Orange oat coolant to the new yellow poat. It has a longer service life and doesn’t not require additives/testing like the orange did. I used about 4.5 gallons for both the primary and secondary. If you just want to top it back off I would estimate around 1 gallon should be sufficient and it is the primary cooling system.
