      Me too. I already practice the crow pose regularly, but it always feels that my core and my arms are still too weak... One day!

      My arms are too weak I’m still unable to do crow and also the plank to cobra (the transition) on full plank, had to get on my knees. But we’ll get there! Let’s all stick to the practice, namaste

    Who’s still here from Jan 1st 2021? Day 91 today. I couldn’t remember not starting my day without yoga now. Feels soo good. Thank you Adrienne for keeping me sane 😊

    By far one of my favorite practices! Challenging, but sweet. I think what I love most about it is the imagery that came to mind.
    We started on the ground like soil, grew into a tree, and gracefully hopped down as we took our final form into a crow. Thank you for giving us a cycle that literally transformed our mind. ❤

    It’s taken me 1 year of practice, first every few days, then most days of the week, then from January 21 onwards I’ve practiced every single day, and I finally have been able to lift both feet off the ground in crow pose! Yoga has been so beneficial for me in many different ways, but fundamentally the key lesson has been you CAN achieve whatever it is you want simply by practicing a little bit every day. You will get better. You will get stronger. You will achieve. Stick at it all my fellow yogis 🙏🏻

    I started watching Yoga with Adriene when lockdown began in March because my therapist suggested that yoga would be a great way for me to meditate for my anxiety while still getting a great workout. Since then, I have been watching Adriene's videos and doing yoga every day and I love it! My quality of life has really improved, from my anxiety levels to my physical weight loss. Adriene has really changed my life and I am so thankful for her, her skills, and her passion for sharing yoga with others. Thanks Adriene!

      Same thing! I have anxiety probably due to external factors of work and my study. But I'm done from those, cause I came to see Adriene. My day wouldn't be enough without Adriene. I literally feel anxious without yoga. Thanks Adriene.🙏

    I have never done Yoga before. I am struggling with depression and I literally haven’t left my apartment for a week now and I felt super useless. This really helped me and relaxed me and got me ready to prepare for finals. I will def. be doing more yoga in the future. Thank you :)

      Agreed! I’ve been feeling pretty depressed lately, but I’ve been making sure I’m doing Yoga daily or at least during the week. Trying to push myself to do weekends as well.

    I've been fairly consistent for about 3 months, I really didn't have a goal in mind besides moving my body daily, today I actually achieved lift off in crow pose. A little does go a long way :D

    I'm a boy and my mother told me to do this.
    At first it was pretty weird for me but I must admit it felt GOOD I mean really GOOD!!

      I was doing a different video from Adriene just before trying this one, and that one made me cry for the first time ever during yoga. It must be the kind of day where we need this freedom and check-in. :) Blessings!

      I had this when I didn't do yoga for a few months. Adriene said something like "feel connected to everyone else doing this" and I felt so at peace I had a few tears. 💪 Don't stop getting on the mat, can't believe how good it is for your mind, body and soul (especially when following Adriene's videos!) 💕

    This December marks 1year of YWA. This journey has been life-changing for me and also for my relationship with my cat Jasmine. She’s 15 years old and spent the better part of her life quite aloof and in her own space. But this past year she joins me every day on the mat and my heart is full.

      This is one full year for me as well. I had been doing her 30 days or monthly calendars here and there but the commitment to do it daily 12/1/2020. I love it! I was so excited today for it to evolve into crow that I flew easily- only for 4 seconds, but repeated it for 4 seconds more.

    Hi! I'm here from Balance, and I just want to say when we were breathing in mountain pose I thought to myself, "I'm going to imagine that I'm breathing out love" and then a few seconds later Adriene said the same thing! I almost cried. We are so lucky to have a teacher like you and I feel proud that I'm starting to implement your teachings into my practice (and hopefully daily life)!     Just finished Day 2 of April 2021 calendar. As a practicing clinician, this exercise serve as a reminder to remain present with what I am currently doing. At the end of the exercise, I was able to identify things I am grateful for. Thank you Adriene for including captions in your video. As a Deaf consumer, I am deeply grateful.

    Doing this as part of Decembers balance playlist. Been practising with Adriene for almost two years now and I have to say I’m still loving it! Really enjoyed this one although still no lift off on crow for me, I can actually get into position now. No where near when I started. Can’t thank you enough Adriene for what you do here. It truly is life changing!

    I did it! I did the crow pose for the first time. I cannot believe it as I was nowhere near being able to balance in that pose. I know, I know... it’s not about the fancy poses, it’s about being aware and finding what feels good. But I went into it with no expectations and I cannot believe that I could find my balance for a few seconds. I felt pure joy at the discovery of what my body can do. Thanks, Adrienne!

    I've been working on my crow pose for a few months now and today I did the best crow I've ever done! It was so easy to come into and held it for quite a while. I honestly think the build up to it in this video and being focussed and calm helped a lot

    Attract day 16🎉 thank you, Adriene, for todays practice, I was so close to getting both feet up, but freaked. I tried again after practice and fell forwards before I could lift both feet. I will get there though, a few more tries and hopefully 🤞🏻 I will have a flying crow or a falling crow after a few seconds which at this point I will happily take. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

    Completed my first YWA 30 days and happy to accomplish it without caving in to life and all the things that make people lose focus. Thank you for sharing the practice and for providing a few extra videos for the April 2023 challenge. They were definitely helpful, especially on those days it was hard to set aside an hour for yoga.     What a beautiful peactice today! , I struggled a little bit with balance but I remember what you always say: "Find what feels good", in other words: be compassionate to yourself, that's one of the more important things I've learned practicing yoga with Adrienne.     I have been procrastinating studying for finals and also I have been neglecting my practice. I think the two go hand-in-hand. It is amazing what 25 minutes on the mat can do for mind, body and soul. Thank you, Adriene. I am gonna drink some coffee, eat some breakfast and get my study on.

    Balance Day2. Still far away from the crow but I got into position and played with attempting to lift one leg then the other. Instead of thinking I still can’t do this I just had fun with it. Thank you Adriene and the 954 yogis who were practicing at that same time. Namaste🙏🏽❤️💚💛🙏🏽

    balance day two!! this is my first time doing one of these yoga calendars and I am loving it so much already. this practice hit different for me… a senior in high school with two big ap tests tomorrow, I was feeling stressed to say the least. but, this practice! this practice helped me calm down, it helped me focus, it helped me understand that i can do it! thank you adriene.

    Day 2 of renew and a whole year since I first started practicing with Adriene. Today, I decided to light two candles, put on some relaxation music and practice right before night falls. First time I caught myself crying at the end of one of your video. Thank you for everything Adriene, you finally brought me some peace after a whole year of intensive stress in my life.

    Been doing YWA for a month now and it was my first time doing crow pose with both feet lifted! It was only for 3 seconds but I'm still proud of myself :) I literally have a major assignment I've been putting off for a week and Adriene's calling me out soooo I'm gonna have to do it.

      @@gillsmith6740 how I dislike the wind! Haven't grown beans this year (hopefully next) but have been concerned about the sunflowers and tomatoes. Sadly lost three sunflowers but all else is ok. Stressful! Thank goodness for yoga! x

    I actually lifted off the ground for crow this time!! I really didn't think I would ever get it but wow, I actually did it :D And I used everything Adriene teaches about the inner lift, it's really all about that full body lift. We got this!

    I can't imagine how my life was before this. I never did yoga... And now it's my place to reflect on my day and become a better human, and I think one needs to do that everyday. I was quite lost before, thinking all sorts of things and I still think I am but I understand myself much better. I watched the good place today and there was a line "it doesn't matter if you are good or bad, it matters that you try to become better than you are today." I am so grateful for Adriene and all of you....i genuinely had lost all my hope in humanity but I guess we do have some good left in us💜

      I did crow for the first time in this practice too, so I'm truly celebrating with you! I managed about a second (maybe 2?!) and then fell very ungracefully haha. But it was awesome and satisfying to finally feel the balance as I've always felt so unsteady doing crow previously. You should have seen my huge smile afterwards :D

    By the end I felt something click into place. I felt aligned emotionally, physically, and mentally. I don't know how you're able to do that. The tears rolled down in gratitude to myself and to you.

      The Universe is on it! Things have been a bit uneventful, but I have been receiving all kinds of signs from the universe that I'm on my path. I feel I have been moving through doors, getting ready for something powerful and miraculous to happen! Slow and steady wins the race, I once heard from a brilliant being whose name starts with an "A" :)

    As I was sitting in my much needed meditation at the end of this practice both of my dogs ran across the room and jumped into my lap with lots of pawing, licking, and great wagging of tails. Laughter ensued. Thanks so much. I feel great and so do my dogs. :)

    16 minutes into the practice, I had to pause and thought of giving up, but then I was like: “If I give up today, I’ll give up tomorrow. No way I’m gonna make giving up a habit.” Then the rest of the practice was a breeze😂❤🎉

    The last few moments I felt so connected I didn't need to open my eyes to check on what to do, I just knew! I did open the eyes to confirm, though. I'm not used to just "knowing" and feeling what's the best thing to do, but these moments make me feel like I am ready for it. Thank you so much, I'm studying for med school - it's really competitive in Brazil - and everyday you help me get one step further. Thank you so, so, so, so, so much. I wish you all the best.

    I had to rearrange some of the practices due to my schedule, so I’m a few days later with this one (“Seek” September 2023), but man - what a practice. I flew in crow for several seconds and was pretty stable💗. That doesn’t happen often, so I’m very happy and proud of myself. 🙃 I feel strong. Good day to all!!!😊

    I'm very much a yoga beginner but the crow pose reminded me of the gymnastics lessons I did when I was little. I think we called it frog pose? I could barely do it even then, but one day I will get there...
