Please learn how to do audio better so that we do not have to keep raising and lowering the volume. I assume you never watch tour own videos after editing because most of them have audio issues. Enjoy the content, just trying to help. ✌🏻

@@flipjoe I bought my first car from a family member for 300 and bought my second from a local public auction. The auction I use is non profit they actually go through the cars and try to inspect them, if they don’t pass they write everything it needs on the inspection sheet. The cars are donated and they have repos. I suggest starting at an auction like this if you have a little car knowledge.

Driven the wagon ( not a v wagon ) and it’s really comfy but not nearly as spacious as it should be - the trunk couldn’t fit a double stroller which is my rule of thumb

I love the CTS-V's. I hope to own one some day. But personally I prefer the last generation CTS-V... I'd still own the newer Coupe's, but I prefer the 4 door that still has the 500+ HP. I don't really like how the back end of the Coupe looks like the older Eldorado.
Another great video. German is the man and his skills are amazing. You two together are like Batman and Robin or Batman and Superman but your both on the same team.

Honestly,for only 31k dollars for this car i would expect to have to work on it because clean cts v coupes sell for 50k euro in my country,so for you americans it's still one heck of a good deal.

Hey Craig. Great video once again. As a guy inspired by your videos to finally pursue my dream of vehicle restoration and sales (Thanks for that). Just love the idea of doing videos on each car rather than just pics, so sort of mini car reviews. Just wanted to know you camera setup? I like the idea that the video seems a little 'fish eye' so you get all of the detail in of each car. Great work man....keep it up!

I love those cars too, but I wish they kept the open sunroof. I had an earlier CTS and loved riding around with the sun and air.
Ctsv’s are most definitely cool cars, but by no means are super cars. Nor are Rs5’s or M5’s

The CTSV Wagon is the only CTSV that's worth its salt really, it's more of the novelty of having a fast wagon. Same thing with the V70R, E55 AMG wagon, E63 AMG wagon, etc. people just love having the wagon that smokes other cars. The Coupe and Sedan get dunked on by the new 10 speed Camaro and Mustang with relative ease even though the CTSV makes a good amount more power, you just can't beat the modern transmissions. You can also pick up the 10 speed cars used for substantially less money than a used CTSV, I expect the market for them to drop pretty hard soon. For that matter, pretty much all sports cars are dropping in price pretty hard as the old variant LS engine cars and Coyote cars get cheaper and cheaper by the day. Gone are the days of the $25k 4th gen Camaro SS, $30k C6 Vette, or $40k GT500.

8:52, thats what those shiny things sticking out of the side of the car are for... Most refer to them as side mirrors or wing mirrors.
Cut the mufflers off and keep the tips and cats, not to loud and gives you more rumble, I did it on my 11 you won’t regret it.

Nice car! I appreciate the power and supercar qualities, But speed is the number one reason for crashes and death. I’d rather just feel like I’m going fast, but I’m not - hence the pontiac Solstice😉 feels like a race car

I’m not a professional painter yet, but I believe the fish eying was from that HF paint gun. At least it looked like that $15 gun to me. Shipped from over seas packed with oils so they don’t rust. It was my noob gun. I took the whole gun 100% apart and degreased everything!
I read up before I used it and sadly most people don’t degrease their brand new $15 HF spray gun and get fish eyes...and think they did something wrong.
Caddy looms amazing though. Love the big boats.

The LSA in your CTSV IS NOT a detuned version of the Corvette ZR1's LS9, IT IS the same engine used in the Camaro ZL1.

Love these cars, My daughter's base model made me want a V. Its not the same supercharged LS9 engine as a Z06 btw, it is the LSA shared with the Camaro ZL1. GM never lets the value of the Corvette be encroached upon by a less expensive model

A tip I'm trying to imply is telling the story on camera but to do audio recordings of the what is said or investing into a mic to clip to your shirt. That way you aren't just using the camera audio. And the audio can be adjusted when you edit to help soften that. You do great work tho. Love the few videos I've seen so far

Have you ever had an Mercedes E63-S AMG? Way nicer & faster but cost a little more. If you ever get a chance or see one at an auction you should drive one. Oh also it has a massaging seat. My CL55 has dual massaging seats. The S models have 4 massaging seats & the rear seat recline.
Those seats are the alcantara Recaros, which are an absolute must in my opinion on any V whether it's the coupe or the sedan. The non-recaro seats are trash.
