This video is about a 4 day work week that we all keep hearing about and seeing on various websites and social media. A 4-day work week is becoming a popular topic of discussion, and for a good reason. However, if not managed properly it can be very flawed. This video looks at pros and cons of this work operating model. 4 day work week has existed for quite some time but only now in 2023 it seems to be truly taking off across the globe.

Hi, I studied law and worked as an employment law paralegal for a number of years. I then used this knowledge and transferred to HR. Yes I love your plan. Great plan. Very useful and unique experience (which is what I often get on my CV). It will give you many options down the line if you change your mind about HR.

I would also encourage you to read or listen to as audio - be so good they can’t ignore you by Cal Newport. He wrote it when he was in early 20s challenging follow passion hypothesis and focus on skills. I love it and will create a video about it. Currently trying to gather all books and insights for my son later on when he is a teenager to learn about his choices.

@@Mn_-mu9vz 100% yes, psychology and HR go so well hand in hand. I really wish I had studied psychology. I also like neuroscience.
