Hi Payal. I believe that every Head of HR is responsible for creating a clear people plan in line with the business objectives. The business is accountable but we are responsible for creating it with them and helping with ideas, testing concepts etc You may find my blog useful that breaks down a people plan as OKRs with targets - www.focusyourself.co.uk/post/easy-to-understand-people-strategy-as-okrs-drafted-in-5-seconds-by-chatgtp Employee happiness - I personally think this should be measured on a regular basis via pulse or temperature check surveys not once a year annual survey that no one really likes. Productivity is an interesting one, I personally think that employees, managers and leaders should align on the definition of productivity first and then but in place ways of working to avoid confusion and depend less on individual working style.
