This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "ocean isle beach surf fishing report" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Wenayden Xenaylee Blaster - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got great results with it.
Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "surf fishing topsail island" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Wenayden Xenaylee Blaster - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got amazing results with it.
Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "oregon coast surf fishing" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Wenayden Xenaylee Blaster - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.
Full respect that you cooked the fish whole... So many high end fisherman youtubers with sponsored boats and drones, yet they dont know how to eat a fish without filleting the meat and turning it into a mayonnaise wrap... You did it right and with your partner :)
Hey bro, NO BS MAN.... i straight up used the info you shared here and I truthfully FINALLY CAUGHT FISH! Not one but 3 types of species unsung your techniques man. I appreciate the time you take to put these videos together as this was a great accomplishment for me. I’m no pro. Just got into fishing 3 years ago but it took me that long to finally catch a fish! Wish i seen this sooner man! Thanks! 🙏 💯 💪🏼
Same boat buddy. Been with wife now 26 years of the best times. Love going fishing together with her! She always encourages me! Bless you guys and see you on the surf!
B N yeah dude sounds like we are the lucky ones. I love my bitch. Don’t let her see this reply lol. She’s my life and world dude. 22 years and still rocking. I’ll be live streaming with her in about 2 weeks. See my channel. Built a studio in one of my bedrooms. Lots of work and money and she was with me all the way! Got a fast forward construction of it all. Start to finish. Waiting on 2 pieces of furniture then I can put it all together on you tube. Soon. Remember subscribe and see us both on. I mean I hooked this studio up!
Been living near the shore for 3 years, tried surf fishing many times, and I only ever caught one fish in all that time. Watched a couple of your videos, got the right gear, used your techniques, and had my first fish in 15 minutes. I actually felt like I knew what I was doing, which was wild. As a funny side note, l had another much more experienced fisherman come over and give me compliments on my technique, which was even more wild. Thanks so much! Excited to try again tomorrow.
Put a light coat of Olive oil on the fish prior to putting it on the grill, as well as brush a light coat on the grill itself with a napkin. That will keep the fish together and from sticking to the gill.
I have lived in Central Florida for nearly 14 years and have yet to go surf fishing till a friend talked me into going with her and her husband. So I am looking to get into it and your videos are a huge help!!
I live in st.augustine fl and i use a 2 ounce weight and two orange beads with a swivel and hook....using shrimp i always catch reds, whiteing, and sheepshead. Once u learn the diffrence between a wave and a bite youll have it down
Wow! Love this video, my granddaughter is learning so much about fishing with you guys, from these videos . We live in FL and she would to go fishing with you guys someday soon. That was a nice catch Erin we enjoyed watching you reel it in. Keep on making these videos. You have so much knowledge and is an inspiration to many young people, who loves fishing but do not have anyone to teach them. That goes for the adults as well, who would love to fish. Thankyou so much for making these videos.
Senko this is just a great sene to see your girl latch on to a fish and reel her in! Last summer finally got wife to try it rather than watch me and she hooked 14 keeper porgies! She was so excited, but not like I was! She definitely hooked now and can’t wait to get out there with me again! Wife has always been my partner in everything I’ve done with her but that trip we did really topped it all! We love all your videos and suggest to anyone who wants to learn how to fish in the real world watch Senkos videos. You won’t be sorry! Thanks again guys!
I just want to thank you for your time. I'm new to ocean fishing and iv learned a lot from you. Iv even past what iv learned from you to my son....thanks again.
Caught three nice keepers down in the gulf on my first ever shore outing last summer. Can’t wait to go back and try my luck again this year. Delicious!
apply with red onion and garlic spices cut into pieces mix sweet soy sauce, then apply on half-baked fish, and apply again after cooking like us in Indonesia It must be delicious, or it can be eaten with sweet soy sauce with chili and red onion pieces
I have a 6500 Bait runner i bought over 20 years ago and it still works like it's brand new. After the season i just take it apart clean it and grease it. Excellent reel!
Another great video thank you guys so much. Because of you I have started my own page to share my fishing experiences. I'm not as knowledgeable as you guys but that's why I watch your channel to keep learning. You have made me so much better at fishing. THANK YOU!
Hihi from South Africa. Its like a dream following you guys on TH-cam. Me and my little 9 year triplets love fishing the way you guys do, my boy never miss a fish. ❤
I always like to get there when low tide has peaked, and look for the cuts or sloughs which are where fish use to travel, you guys are a good team , tight lines and thanks.
Thank you all for the videos! My family just moved to North Padre and I'm excited to do some surf fishing at Padre Island National Seashore. I'm a beginner so your videos were super helful!
Awesome video guys. It's great to see Erin get in on the action. Man pompano is one of my favorites. We just bought some for dinner. They were 3.49 a pound. It was worth it. They are delicious.
I always learn from you. Dude you are the best. About time for me to order some more bait from you. Everything you do just works! Thanks so much. Oh yeah, skipper sells bait too and if you make a mistake like I did my first order he will gladly and promptly fix it. Buy his stuff and use his techniques. They work! Thanks again...all the way from Louisiana!
I fished New Jersey beaches as well as Maryland.Off Jersey I caught sea bass, dogfish, and blowfish(puffers).Off Maryland I caught Spot.I also fished off piers off Jersey and caught kingfish.Loads of fun catching fish off the surf.
Great videos. I used to live in NC and had a place at Atlantic Beach. There’s awesome fishing in NC, surf, inshore, off shore, you name it. Now, I’m back on Long Island. On the “itis”, you know those people don’t know about ninja itis or 🥷 tosis.
Cool video, I am meeting a childhood friend of mine at Assateague Island to do some surf fishing (which I have never done) So watching this video was very helpful. Thanks and nice fish!!!
Great catch. Never tried pompano but it looks super good. "Itis" is how you feel after you ate a big meal. Feeling full or stuffed, relaxed, tired. In hawaii we call it kanack attack! Lol ALOHA 🤙
Hey!! Just stumbled across your videos!!! First one was about the gummy worm experiment!! So glad I did!! You helped me and my husband learn more about shore fishing!!!l so excited for our next trip to Galveston, Texas. I’m sure you have mentioned it before in your videos or comments, but super curious as to where you’re fishing??!?! Thanks so much for all of the videos!!!!!!
This video was really interesting. But i was wondering could you please go really in depth in what sand bars are best to cast towards or more explaining where troughs could be. Thank you and great video
He recommended going to the beach at low tide before the water reaches the beach and you can see where the fish will hide out when hide tide comes, hope this helped take care
Dude this couple is living the best life. As a grown ass man this is the most romantic movie I've ever seen and the shortest too. This is my first video of this channel.
Your girl outfished you :)! Don’t worry mine does to. Would have been nice to thank her during the meal for catching that delcious fish. A tip try wrapping the pompano in foil it keeps all the juices in and also stuff that puppy with ginger :)
Great advice I appreciate it! By the way the itis is when you eat and get sleepy after haha aka food coma! Made popular by Dave chapelle in reference to bbq ribs
Definitely not the way I’ve ever cooked pompano but I’m interested in trying it with some steaks for surf and turf night with the fam. Great vid as usual 👍
Fully agree with you - better to grill the fish whole. Way too much meat is wasted by cutting fillets (unless of course it's absolutely necessary with some fish). In South Africa, we like to grill it over wood fire coals.
I love your videos and the way you do things in America we in Australia do things totally different but it is nice to know how to beach your way love your videos respect from Australia
. I've always heard about low tide and high tide but I was not sure what to do with it. You guys had said two hours after high tide and 2 hours after low tide is when to fish. I will definitely give that a shot
I’m not gonna lie I was a little disappointed about not spending much time explaining reading the beach I would love to learn more about how to identify things but I’m happy for you guys and the awesome pompano you caught! Great job 👍👌
Whole fish is always the best. The meat comes right off with a fork. The skin helps keep the meet from sticking to the grill grates. Salt with a touch of pepper is all thats needed.
Hello hello !! Awesome tips but what if it's too far away to be reached ? Also what it the colored things above the hook and what is it for ? Thanks 🙏🏽
Great fish guys awesome fishing makes me want to go beach fishing but rather watch you fish I find it amazing you find shark tooths on your beach nice find congrats
in every vlog just give away some japanese words for every wiewers to learn like arigato... konichiwa something like that a words that easy to remember at the same time your channel also always remembered
Hello Skipper What is the reasoning that some reels have a reverse switch and some don't . I am shopping for a surf reel that has the option to let me use reverse . Do you have a video on the subject ? I enjoy your videos !
Thanks for showing me some tips. We are coming down to gulf Shores Alabama in December. Not sure what will be bitting that time of year but I am excited!!!!
Ok good, please share the images of your hooks and other accessories, Did you use any weight at the end of braiderline? Please share complete images of hooks, float and related accessories used in this catch
Thank you so much for this video and your ebook. My son and I went surf fishing for his birthday and had a great time. I do have some questions. We had a hard time detecting bites. We found it hard to tell the difference between the line getting batted around by the surf/current versus being on a fish. We caught both Lepord shark and rays and had trouble with both. Do you have any hints? Also any videos on how to take care of your reel after surf fishing. Inevitable there is sand in there. Thank you
Great videos bro I have certainly learned a lot about surf fishing thanks to you guys and wanted to know what kind of spinning reel you recommend for surf fishing I have a 10ft ugly stik I’m using
In Hawaii after a big and great meal we say "kanak attack" because you just want to relax and perhaps sleep. I assume ITIS is kinda the same thing. New to your channel too. You have a great girl bro. Pretty and bringing in the big fish. Awesome vid.
In your opinion, whats more important fishing Early Morning or At Night which is what I guess is the “stereotyped” way of fishing...or is the tides more important? Or! They go hand in hand lol. Thanks!
hour before the sun comes up in the morning, and hour as the sun goes down in the evening. Prime time....but for another type of fishing that's a little more primitive and always done at night, while you shuffle your feet through shin high water...flounder gigging. yo my man senko skipper, gotta good one for yall to try on this Flounder gigging. Just need good sandy bottom and clear water. Less wind the better. Also never on a full moon. ok, so find some sand bars bayside. You can find spots along the shoreline, and boat isn't necessary. You just need sandy bottom and clear water. If the water is higher than the middle of your shins you're probably too deep. I've stuck em' with the water as low as just over the tops of my ankles. You can use an underwater light you can find at your sporting goods store or online, and you'll need a motorcycle battery, a backpack, and simple electrical wire with connectors and alligator clips attached to the end. Youll also need a gig, found at your sporting goods store online. Or you can make them with broomsticks and large long nails or screws. If you don't want the light, you can make your own with a propane lantern. Put foil around the back half of the glass so it shines directly in front of you on the ground. Careful that thing will brand your legs like a moo cow if it touches you. Recommend the lights. I've used both, and won't use lanterns again to gig flounder. Under water lights with small motorcycle battery in back pack only way to go. Check Academy's website online - underwater gigging lights. Youll also need a stringer you can tie to your belt loop, and an old pair of shoes. So there you have it. Gig, Underwater gig light/or propane lantern, back pack, motorcycle battery, electrical wire and clips to connect on the battery. Stringer. Shoes. Sandy bottom. OFF. Pro tip. From the point/tip of your gig, measure up the gig 14 inches or whatever the limit size is for flounder in your state, and make a circle around it with a sharpee marker. When you walk up on a flounder, (always sliding your feet) they're usually half buried in the sand and not moving. You can take your gig and put it in the water right next to it, and measure to make sure he's a keeper. Pro tip. Stay close with your gal. Me and my gf sometimes will hold hands standing right next to each other making a sweeping motion with our lights outside then back inside, covering a huge area. When you see a flounder, first make sure it's not a sting ray, which is obvious, but you might see one. Sting Ray's are scared of you and easily spooked off with your gig. You're also always sliding your feet so you have nothing to worry about. When you stick your first saddle blanket, stay down on the gig. Get your lady to hold your light, and if needed assistance with keeping the gig down in the ground. You'll then string up the flounder either poking the stringer in right behind his teeth, or up through under his bottom lip. From the bottom side of his mouth. Then move on to the next. Good luck. Use a go pro, this should be your next video...let me know if you catch, I've got a recipe for blackened flounder that will make you slap yo momma. Two fillets off each saddle carpet. Peace reflection And happy fishing. Jhold
congratulations, your channel is great i'm brazilian and i have been trying to learn a lot from your channel, even without understanding your language. I would like you to ask me a question. what type of bait are you using in your videos?
I always learn from your videos. You both seem so happy doing them. Thank you so much for taking the time to do them.
I’m so happy that I can help
@@HeySkipper could you talk more about identify the rip current to fish

Peace reflection
And happy fishing.
