The experience of worms is really exciting for us in Morocco. We use a long needle to attach the worm to the hook and then wrap the magic thread around it. It attracts the fish strongly and they cannot resist their temptation. I liked very much that you practiced this hobby with your father. Greetings to all of you
Worms are also fairly easy to keep. Not just for fishing either, but also good for getting rid of kitchen scraps and great for gardening. Good way to make extra cash to.
Nightcrawlers work In saltwater, usually better than Bloodworms, especially for Striped Bass, White and Yellow Perch, Hardhead, Spot, Speckled Trout, Red and Black Drum. Not surprised you would have success with them in Florida.
Why is this even a question? I understand this was faked for views but there's actually people who didn't know fish ate worms, lol We catch sheepshead , grunts, croaker, pinfish, black drum , trout and Spanish in the bay off worms frequently. Even pull some mangroves from the rocks.
Hey Skipper, I love the team here in this video, lots of fun to watch. I used earthworms last week, because sand worms and blood worms are around $20 for a dozen in the NYC area. Well, I was surprised to see how well they work. I consistently caught seabass, on them. I also caught a very big ray using earthhworms the other day. Love the channel, new friend here!!
Thanks you! Happy you enjoy our content. Have you seen all of the fishing gear we sell? Check out my website, we have a ton of new fishing products for you.
I’m learning all I can about surf fishing right now. One day, hopefully soon and I’ll be fishing too. I gotta say your videos are the best out there in my opinion. And I’ve watched a ton of content. 😅✌️
Just letting you know I love your videos bro!.,it inspires me to keep fishing 🙏your passion and drive makes me wanna get out there🥰 The information you give is really supportive and just seeing you, your wife and your Dad out there looks like a truly awesome experience (I wish I could've done the same with my dad but sadly he's passed away😔) Thank you bro🙏
I am a lure fishermen, but the last few summers my lures get dusty. I fish with worms and weights off bottom and catch an insane amount of fish. Bruce County Ontario.
$4.00 for 18 worms... When I was a little kid, I used to pick night crawlers, and then sell them at the rate of $0.02 each. And that was big money for a kid back then. Yeah, I'm almost 70, so I'm ancient!!
I fish with nightcrawlers in the ocean often for flounder here in Nova Scotia. I’ve caught mackerel, pollock, cunners, sculpin, and more in salt water on worms. I’ve also seen people catch striped bass on them before too, with a spinner.
Worms catches alot of different fishes in the beach. I always uses worms coz abit cheaper and shrimps are more expensive in HK. Even fresh water can use worms too. Have a happy Fishing Day, Bro. 👍👍👍👍👍🙋♂️🙋♂️👋
Are you in NC? Please put the general locale and gear setups in each description. It's extra work but everyone wants to know these two things at a minimum.
Using worms are good for sea water and fresh water fish. Usually i have caught alot of different fishes with worms. Excellent. 👍👍👍 Just wash yr hands after fishing.
Nightcrawlers are my favorite bait for both freshwater and saltwater. I have caught numerous types of fish on both the Pacific and Atlantic coast. 🔥 Next time just use nightcrawlers. They are my go to bait for Whitening
Worms work everywhere. One suggestion I would make for large earthworms is: Instead of threading them, pierce through sections at a time, a half inch or so apart, depending on the size of the worm. Then leave enough out on the end for it to move and wiggle.
Please try chicken livers. Toughen them up in your salt mix. I used to use it to catch catfish and was shocked at how many good sized stripers I caught with it. Never got around to trying it in the surf.
After a lifetime of fishing up north I have utilized some freshwater technique in my Florida fishing. Had not tried the up-north bait though. I may give it a go, I'd rather handle crawlers than squid.
All live baits or dead baits are very useful everytime. Better than FAKE BAIT made of plastic gummy textures. I catch many different fishes in HongKong beach. Fresh water fishes are the same live baits. 👍👍👍👋👋🙋♂️ enjoy yr fishing day with yr family. Have a pleasant day.
ANYTHING will eat a worm. ANYTHING. Remember that in a SHTF situation. You can find worms just inches under the ground virtually anywhere in the world.
Worms are good n i always uses worms for fishing at the beach and abit live small shrimps. Live shrimps are expensive and worms are abit cheaper and long lasting. 👍👍👍🙋♂️
Landing that shark on a rod that breaks apart in FIVE places is wild man, i work in fabrication and know what a feat that is design wise. Might have to pick one up!
I REALLY LIKE YOUR SHOW....amazing how you give Glory to God when you catch a fish.....HALLELUIA.....its amazing......good show....keep it up.....fishers of men....lol....Amen
Ive always felt that with shell on the fish rip at it. Without shell they inhale it. Could be just in the my head but Ive always felt more confident with shell off
Now a days most of the worms you buy are that Canadian brand. Which is odd. I hear most leaches sold in Canada are from America. Before my back got bad , I would just go nightcrawler hunting.
Which portable rod did you assemble at the beginning of the video? I'm always looking for a good portable surf rod. Never found one I would recommend 😢
I can't believe you released the sting ray. Sting ray wings taste like scallops. Big sharks love them as well. If you want to catch a big shark cut the wing off a sting ray and put the wing on a hook. That girl in the video is hot. The fact that she likes to fish, and supports her man's endeavors, makes her even hotter.
I love ❤️ your dad! He’s the BEST! You are soooo lucky to have him with you building memories to tell your kids later.
Love that guy!

My friend uses earthworms in saltwater all the time. One of his tricks is to use a tiny treble hook. He catches all sizes big and small.
Yours is the best salt water fishing videos on the web, bar none!

Caught flounder in the surf at OBX with nightcrawlers
I use night crawler for surf fishing here in California coast.. Work great for red tail surf perch and barb surf perch
Awesome show. We used red worms to fish for Spots in South Carolina. They don't live long in salt water, but the fish don't seem to make me.😂
always love watching your videos..greetings from Jakarta
I have caught few medium size Groupers, Snappers, Parrot fish n other kinds of good sizes fish by using Worms in HK beach. 👍👍👍👍👍🙋♂️🙋♂️

That’s fantastic!
After a lifetime of fishing up north I have utilized some freshwater technique in my Florida fishing. Had not tried the up-north bait though. I may give it a go, I'd rather handle crawlers than squid.
On the flip side- shrimp can work great for freshwater catfish!
Really good bait I just tried it in Santa Monica and surf purch was hitting left and right
Earthworms imitate bloodworms as surf perch bait

I have caught numerous types of saltwater fish on nightcrawlers.
brandon makes salt water fishing so much fun, that i decided to use salt water bait in fresh water.

Just curious, do you ever throw lures like spoons, Dimond jigs, plastic shrimp/swim baits?
Iv never seen you do that. Would love to see a video!
First comment in. Keep the vids coming
Thanks! Will do!
Old school is great, I grew up using worms
New question for ya: have you seen people “worm grunt” to gather worms? Would that have a similar effect on the shore for ghost shrimp or sand fleas?
Your dad is a good man. Solid
He is indeed!
im from the Philippines and one on my bucket list is try fishing
I use red worms to catch jacksmelt to use for live bait. They go crazy for em
Instead of thread try a egg loop knot. It'll save have get more each time you bait up.
Great work bro. U have a great family to.

I tried some nightcrawlers once in Rose Bay and caught Mangoves and Sheepshead on them.
Hallelujah, it'sa raining fish
Have you try to use salted fish 鹹魚 found in asian grocery shop as bait for fishing? 🥰
Skipper / when i just to live in NJ, I use the blood worms for salt water but i never use earth worms
Landing that shark on a rod that breaks apart in FIVE places is wild man, i work in fabrication and know what a feat that is design wise. Might have to pick one up!
Can you show us how you setup your ebike for fishing?
Of course
Will your Surf Fishing Rod 9'2 be in baitcasting style soon?
Great video!!! Have you ever caught a Tusk fish?
Maybe the fish head was too tough for the hook to set??? IDK maybe try the bottom half.
Which beach are you fishing? I fish from Jacksonville to Sebastian Inlet. But the beach you're on looks differently from all those beaches.
Maby try a combination out of shrimp and worm ? The worm.has a sronger colour and tge shrimp smells.
We have nitro crawlers up here in pa they have a floresant green dye in them
Maybe saltwater worms vs freshwater worms video lol
love the rod holders do they work with other fish rods? where did you get them?
I REALLY LIKE YOUR SHOW....amazing how you give Glory to God when you catch a fish.....HALLELUIA.....its amazing......good show....keep it up.....fishers of men....lol....Amen
Nice video keep it up
Amazing rod what real do you pair it with on what pound of line
What kind of rod had the worms on it and what length ?
I fish rocks mostly, and I always keep the shell on my shrimp, the don't fall off as easy, but I wonder what's the benefit of no shell 🤔
Scent maybe.
6 of one, half dozen of the other...I've caught fish on shrimp shell on and shell off...haven't seen a lot of difference.
Ive always felt that with shell on the fish rip at it. Without shell they inhale it. Could be just in the my head but Ive always felt more confident with shell off
Next video should be,does ocean baits work in rivers or lakes?
i am ginna try earth worms....thanks.....stay blessed. ...halleluia
Now a days most of the worms you buy are that Canadian brand. Which is odd. I hear most leaches sold in Canada are from America.
Before my back got bad , I would just go nightcrawler hunting.
Now you must try leeches, but find some really good way to keep them cold on warm temperatures!
Which portable rod did you assemble at the beginning of the video? I'm always looking for a good portable surf rod. Never found one I would recommend 😢
The coastline looks exquisite, I'm not from the US but which beach is this ?
$179 for that rod plus its highly portable im getting me one for sure
Huge turtles can bite off the lines,or crabs underwater can cut them
I’m think that is a Jack crevalle
Nah… Jacks have a black dot behind the gill, a different shaped mouth, and more yellow. The pomp’s forehead is a giveaway.🤙
