Really, really, really helped. I screwed up my sprinklers yesterday, don't have this exact model but believe I can do the repair. My nozzle shot out, but my area watered is mostly moss so was able to find it. Stay dry, brother, and if you are doing lake intakes, remember waders out work hip boots, because the hole at the top is higher,,,,thanks, hahahaha!
Thank you!!! you saved my ass. I was freaking out beacause i adjusted it too much and thought i had broken it. went through your videos and saved some money because i was going to call the sprinkler guy.
You may want to edit this video to add in some B-Roll close-up footage of the exact way to install that nozzle. Do you drop in the lower portion first or the upper portion of that red nozzle first and then snap it in place? You state a couple times the “45-degree angle” but you don’t tell us whether the bottom of that red nozzle goes in first or the top. I think some B-Roll close-up video there would clarify that and make it crystal clear. Nice video. Keep up the good work.
First time visitor here! Great, informative video. I was able to get better performance by replacing the nozzles after watching your video. I do have a question.... on one of the screws, dirt appears to have settled on top of the screw, so I am unable to properly sit the adjustment tool. Any ideas/thoughts as to how I could correct this? I tried pulling the rubber cap/seal off the top of the head, but it seemed that I was damaging it.
@@thesprinklerchannel I think Hunter changed it from a 5.0 to an 0.5 at some point. There's a picture on the Hunter website of the old tree with a 5.0 nozzle in the place that there's now an 0.5, and their nozzle performance data lists data for the 5.0 but not an 0.5. I just installed a bunch of these PGJs in my yard, and happy with them so far.

Awesome!
@@thesprinklerchannel awesome?
Where do you get the nozzle sets? I can't find them on their website for the PGJ sprinkler
Typically nozzles come with a head but if there is a store for sprinklers exclusively then you’d be able to find just nozzles sold otherwise online.
can you do the same void on the K2 Pro
Great suggestion, I’ll add it to upcoming videos.
Do you have to cut the holes on top?
No - push through pre-cut slices in rubber with tool
desgraciadamente algunos no hablamos ingles, por lo que le agradeceria si fuera posible poner una version tarducida al español, muchas gracias
Trataremos. Gracias a compartir esto.
Just put your camera clouser next time or make zoom when important part comes🖐️
That's not 5.0, by the way. That's 0.5. Take a look at how small the orifice is.
You are correct. This nozzle set has a 0.5 instead of the 5.0.
