I've been running the audio controller plus for years now. I've spent money on the astro a40s w mix amp and the "superhuman hearing" really causes the games audio to open up and become more clear instead of the bass, low ended, muddy, in a bucket sound from all the other competitors mixers and E.Q. settings.
These work great on my RIG 500 Pro HXs for Xbox. Too bad these have become difficult to find at retail stores. Great combo with any headphone surround sound codec.
Hey Can anyone help I play on Xbox and I have a this adapter I’m using a turtle headset atm I want a different headset will my mic monerating work on another headset so I can hear myself? Tia
The connector looks like it only support the Day One controller. I have a newer controller that only has the jack 3.5mm port. Not sure this is compatible.
@@tnsmally Series 2.. actually I did the same on Series 1 also.. it's really a game changer IMO, you don't have to mess around with any of your dashboard settings or touch your headset at all.
This thing works wonders with my Astros, I was blown away at all the different settings, I won't play without it now.

Definitely worth it. I have a headphone jack but went this route even with it. No regrets at all

Using this with my hyper x cloud wired headset for my xbox series s as the adaptor that comes with the headset doesn't work on xbox, excellent product

HappyGilmor that’s true, I don’t think it will work for you. On my kid’s controllers their 3.5mm jacks have stopped working. That’s why I got this.
I use mine with my elite controller and it works fantastic
