- Join our trip on the Mojave Road, an off-road trail through the Mojave Desert. We're camping and exploring ( overlanding ) in our 4x4 truck camper from the Colorado River to Barstow, California. We stop off at Fort Piute, petroglyphs, lava tubes, and so much more.
The School Bus seen in this video is no longer there, but the large pullout is.

Your adventure has been awesome to follow and as we spent hours watching in between naps, feedings, and teaching our little nina. Having a place in Costa Rica, it was awesome to see you drive from the states that far south. Much respect to the adventures trip! You truly have a Pura Vida life:)

@@azuluoverseas Thanks Sean. I'm working on the next build video. Unfortunately Jagger has passed away. He was a good friend and is missed.
Looking forward to the next video Matt. I am truly sorry to hear that Jagger has passed, what an amazing adventure he had with you in those final months. Peace and Grace to you both !
Enjoyed the ride. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
good edit and that truck looks dialed
Thanks Drew. Traveling full-time in that truck for about a year and a half, at this point it should be pretty dialed. Haha
How are you guys ? Why are you guys change your California plates? Greetings!!
We're doing well, thanks. California requires a smog check at a shop in California to renew our registration. We were out of the country when our registration expired, so we could not go to a smog station. We didn't want to return to California without legal plates, so we switched to South Dakota.
@@TheTravelingTogetherJournal amazing thanks guys, but forever California right ? Lol greetings from Ontario California 😎👍
@@jaimesuarez25 lol. I (matt) am a Californian, but Amie is actually from Washington, and depending who you ask, we don't actually live anywhere 🤪
@@TheTravelingTogetherJournal 🤣🤣🤣
I’m going to miss you guys
We're still around.
New video went out yesterday
th-cam.com/video/kvhv7EADcWM/w-d-xo.html
We just aren't full-time traveling anymore, so it won't be a continues story, just little trip reports
I guess it is time go back to episode 1
😂
Waaaaaaaah, I'm not ready for you to be done. Thanks for doing this and making your TH-cam channel for the rest of us to live vicariously through you.
More to come!
We will be waiting for the next journey. I'm leaving Wednesday to go on a journey but I don't do know you tubing.
Have fun! and safe travels to you
I've enjoyed your travels!
Well DONE you two! Hope life is treating you good.
Thanks.
We are doing well, but always looking froward to the next adventure
Noooooo I’m so happy to see u guys home but sad
I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me, but this had me chopping onions at the end. You guys are awesome - these videos have been fantastic - and Jaeger is hands down the coolest dog to travel the length of Central America. Thanks for bringing us along.
Thanks for joining us Scott! Your positive and funny comment helped motivate me through these edits.
RIP Jaeger
@@TheTravelingTogetherJournal Thank you very much for sharing your adventure w/ us.
I am in the process of working on my little truck to go on an adventure of my own.
I am very sorry about your loss,
If you don't mind me asking, what happen to him ?
@@LincolnMaxnCo Nice! safe travels, Lincoln
Good job!
Thanks
Awesome channel name!
@@TheTravelingTogetherJournal , looking forward to more adventures. I especially enjoy your ability to adapt and to overcome challenges. So many travelers cannot make their own repairs and adjustments. I find the setbacks I encounter in my travels as just part of the adventure and it is refreshing to see someone else do likewise. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us.
@@forgottenpeopleplacesandol4258 Thanks. Safe travels
