That… was… AMAZING! I have done a lot of your workouts and love every single one of them (I even incorporated some of them into my weekly routine) but this leg day workout was absolutely killer! I went up with my weights and managed to stick with it the whole way through. This workout it perfect for a day like I just had, sitting at my desk studying for exams ALL day, then finish the night off with an awesome workout. Definitely something to look forward to after a long day of stagnation. Thank you for another amazing workout! 😆👍

Another stab at this. This burns so good. Balancing on yoga block still a challenge I am improving. The booty pump and cardio burner round was a good send-off for my legs and glutes

wowie! that was challenging,,this 60yr young kept up pretty good with a couple modifications, love no repeat always!!
Initially my glutes were maaad!😡 Had to get the massage gun out to move through the first few deadlifts and sumos. 🤔Wondering if my glutes/hips were fiery because I was over compensating. It eventually eased up and I did finish!🙌🏽 Perfect workout for Labor Day! Thanks Michelle and Crew❣️

This was amazing, and a little tough! My legs were still sore from the core and lower body workout on Wednesday and the cardio kickboxing workout on Thursday. Soi feel like my legs should be getting ready strong! I used my 20 pound dumbbells for the 1st time. Thank you for another fun and fabulous workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

Whew, that was a pretty killer leg workout! 🔥The no-repeat made the time go by really fast, and knowing each move was only one time made me push even more to get the most out of it. I'm glad we worked the calves, too! 👍That's an area that gets neglected a lot in strength work. That last 5 minute burnout without rest was perfect! 😅

This was a tough workout. I couldn't balance on the block so did without. I was all too glad to do the last block with just bodyweight. Surprisingly the block with the booty loop was the easiest.
Those one legged calf raises....killers! Hated them but must do more so I learn to love them
Leg & 🍑 on 🔥. Today I went outside my comfort zone I used a 50 lb bar, 25 & 30 lb dumbbells, a step & ankle weights. WOW it made a huge difference. Awesome workout. Thank you Michelle and Crew have a wonderful day. Missing Anna in the workouts, hope she is able to join the workouts soon.
I have loved watching your channel grow for the past couple years. Your workouts got me through my first pregnancy (with some modifications in the last couple months). The on screen timer, percentage bar, and preview windows are so helpful. One thing I don’t love is sometimes the music is way too loud, I couldn’t hear your at all during the last half. Other than that keep up the good work
