    Today's workout focuses on steady state cardio that targets the waist and abs. This is a moderate pace Standing Abs Cardio Workout that will help tighten and tone your midsection all while burning calories. I want you to really focus on feeling the movements in your core! We have 30 moves for 30 seconds of effort and 10 seconds transition. Half way through we will take a break and add 1-2 lb. hand weights (optional). This slight increase does help to level up the workout and add a little toning to the arms. I wouldn't go any heavier as it can result in overuse injury in the shoulders.

    I have started using more and more of your workouts, realizing how much better my body is responding since incorporating weights with them, I'll be 65 in a few months and I think I am better now than ever before! Thank you so much for giving us your video's to work out with and your knowledge, I show my husband your video's all the time and he is super impressed, he said he is noticing a difference in how I am looking lately, I have lost weight, and looking much more toned!

    LOVED this workout, I have an injured knee so can only do low impact and this was great, full of energy.
    First time I did my moves sucked, so I immediately did it again and got the hang of it, did much much better.

    I like Low impact workouts because it takes more muscle to control the move . Then adding the weights takes it up a notch so you feel it even more!! Great Workout!

      What a wonderful things to do!! If you need donations for your orphanage pass the info along...I see lot off good items thrown out weekly it breaks my heart as I know many of these items could go places when its most needed.

    31Aug23: I've been looking for a cardio workout that does not put undue weight on my joints - I'm 70 years old. Now I've found it. I loved this workout and it fits in nicely with my weight workouts 3xweek. Hoping to repeat this three times this week. Then look at your other cardio workouts to see what works for me.     Had a couple of tough workouts under my belt this week and was feeling it. Rather than rest for today, I found this and it was a perfect weight free workout that was kind on my shoulders but really made me sweat! This is going to be my new favourite cardio workout for those days I can’t lift any more weights! 😂

    Thank you SO much for this standing workout. It got our heart rates going and loved incorporating the weights. We have a bunch of friends who have gotten together to exercise by Zoom ever since the pandemic began--2. 5 years and still going. We exercised to your video this morning and loved it. We are active older adults and hope you will do some more standing videos. We range in age from 50's to even a couple of folks in their 80's. We'll keep checking! Thank you!

      So happy you shared this workout with your zoom workout friends! Love that this was great for all ages! I used to teach a balance and strength for the seniors at out health club and loved it! Made me realize that I needed to have more balance and mobility in my workouts. There will be another coming soon.     This was a good one after yesterday's full body strength. Loved the steady state. I took up the impact a smidge and I worked up quite a sweat. Another one I overlooked😮 Thanks!
